Extremely Unsanitary Conditions & Poor Maintenance I recently visited [24-Hour Fitness location] and was shocked by the extremely poor cleanliness and maintenance standards. The floors throughout the facility, especially near the showers, jacuzzi, and pool areas, were filthy. There was visible dirt and grime, particularly around the drains, which made it hazardous—I almost slipped. It’s clear that the cleaning crew isn’t taking the time to properly scrub these areas. This isn’t just a matter of grime building up over time—it’s obvious neglect. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to report the issue, only one staff member was present, and they informed me that the manager wasn’t available. The lack of response and concern was very disappointing. Additionally, many of the machines were out of order, which made working out difficult. The sauna was in a similarly poor state, covered in filth from sweat and grime. It’s incredibly unhygienic, and the situation is unacceptable for a fitness facility. I have taken pictures of the conditions and would be happy to provide them if necessary. I hope that management takes action immediately to address these serious issues, as it’s clear that this gym is falling far short of acceptable standards.

3.75/5 This is another busy 24hour gym located in the I.E, filled with homies taking their time on a machine, I mean are you here to kick it and talk or actually get a work out in? I do have to give them kudos for a bit of a cleaner gym than the Ontario location. But still, the members don’t take pride in their gym, not cleaning up after themselves, re-racking weights, not wiping equipment down, its quite shameful to say the least. On the plus side management has a sign in the restroom (let us know if the restroom is up to your standards) Other than that the layout is similar to the Ont one. Sauna – Co-ed Just a friendly FYI – Get a 3-7 day pass, you have options, Planet and Crunch down the street. You decide what gym works best for you! Think about amenities and what time of day you plan to come. Etc.. This location is open 24/7

I really like this gym, but it needs new equipment. Many machines are worn out, and some don’t work. Several showers in the men’s locker room have also been broken for weeks, making it hard to shower. I usually shower here before work, so the delays are inconvenient. Since the gym is open 24 hours, more cleaning in the men’s locker room is needed because it sometimes smells bad. Another issue is people going into the sauna with their shoes on and not bathing, which makes both the dry and wet saunas stink. Other gyms don’t allow this and enforce rules to prevent it.
