Class was challenging yet rewarding. Alfred is a great instructor, that sets up a great class for all levels of fitness.

Do not waste your money or class pass credits. The yoga room has carpet and smells like a dirty locker room. The instructors are rude and will chastise you for pausing for a drink of water.

Great studio - excellent teachers. I actually love the heat and humidity. You can try 1 week or 1 month for a reduced price to see how you like it. Pristine shower area available for after the class . Bring a large and a small towel and lots of cold water - you will sweat!!! I highly recommend this business.

Excellent studio! I was scared for my first class but it ended up being a wonderful experience (though definitely difficult!). All the teachers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or direction you may need!
