Hot 8 Yoga

This is one of my favorite studios to go to. It’s such a cozy spot to disconnect and recharge. All of the classes are amazing, and the vibe of the place is incredible. A bonus is that if you don’t have your mat, you can always rent one at the studio, saving you the hassle of bringing it along. The same goes for towels. The staff is super friendly and always quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend this studio for an excellent yoga experience!

I’m so obsessed… I’ve been going on and off for over 10 years but this May I decided to get a membership again and it’s changed my life. So professional, clean, welcoming and just overall so lovely. Cece and Sunshine have made me fall in love with yoga again. Not only are they both amazing teachers but their kindness and energy are unreal. Thank you Hot 8 🥹🩷

I've tried several studios, and hot8 is definitely one of the best! It's a great workout and I love the energy in the studio. The instructors are warm and welcoming, and the physical space of the studio is beautiful. Validated parking in the underground garage is always nice too!

Great hot yoga studio! Everyone at the front desk is super friendly and very welcoming. Yoga instructors are super friendly as well. I love how they try to get to know every person and always give feedback to help you get better. Classes, lockers, showers, everything is always clean.

I'm pretty sure the instructor's name was Chelsea (9:30am yoga barre on Friday, September 13) and she was awesome! High energy, super encouraging, great playlist! The class was more cardio than I expected, would have liked more yoga and stretching, but it was still awesome because of the instructor. That said, I might not go back to this studio because of the welcome I got. It was my first time at that studio and first time taking that class. I had booked the class using a 10-class pass, and the receptionist said it was $3 extra to rent the mat. I offered her $3 cash, but she didn't accept it and said it'd be added to my account. The whole exchange happened in front of other customers; it was awkward, embarrassing, and petty (over $3?!) The receptionist should have waived the $3 fee as a one-time courtesy. Anyhoo...Chelsea was great!
