Friendly and welcoming environment. Family owned/oriented. Everyone is respectful. The coaches are knowledgeable and staffs are professional. The classes are affordable and coaches are able to work with you and work with your situations. The sparring sessions definitely helps exposed and give each fighters/trainees/kids experience in the ring.

This place is very open to new people and the coaches are very knowledgeable in their field. They work well with little kids and teens. I recommend this gym to any and all interested in joining a boxing gym.

This is a very flexible gym for kids and you can't beat the monthly price that has great instructors

I love my trainers there great can't wait to go back out with the cold
