There is a guy drinking and stashing these in the lockers. And a random lady filming the pool area. The big issue is she goes up every guy and film every one of us yelling we're staring at her. I don't know what to do. Just stay quiet and leave. It's not a place I want to use. The funny thing is that the homeless people who hang out here are nice. They even warned me about that crazy lady when talking to them

Many of the machines don't have a pin to select weight so there's many machines you can't use. This has been an issue for a few weeks now that I've noticed. One of the worst maintained/cleanly 24hr I've visited (missing pins aren't only issue).

Gets the job done at an affordable price and staff are friendly, but tons of the same machines have been broken for months now, and it seems there's new broken equipment every day. It's also filthy - machines are not wiped, and bathrooms are moldy. The steam room is often closed for maintenance, and when it's working, it has a dark grime on the walls that looks suspiciously like mold. The hot tub is badly overchlorinated. I'm not sure it was the right choice to buy a year-long membership. I've been a member of 24 hour fitness in the past and never had this experience, so I'm not sure if the quality has declined over the years or if there's something happening with this club, specifically.

Been coming here for about 10 months. It’s so close to my house so very convenient, but honestly, this is by far the worst 24 I’ve been to. The machines are extremely outdated, and just don’t work well. Theres always machines broken, which take months to fix. Today I came in and 80% of the machines were missing the pins to hold the weight. Spent half my workout trying to find pins. The sauna is closed majority the time. The paper towels to wipe machines are usually empty. The bathroom always smells terrible and there is always pee all over the floor. The staff only seems to care about selling memberships, because I never see any staff cleaning, ever. My year membership is almost up, and I will not be renewing it. If i could get a refund for the last few months, I would.

This has to be the dirtiest and most messy 24 hour fitness in OC. The weights are scattered all over the place. The machines are all really busted and old. Also no one there puts back the attachments for the cable machines so you're just walking around looking for it. Some of the machines have rust on them. Many of the machines upstairs don't even have a little rod to insert into the weight. The floor upstairs has trash on the floor like water bottles and paper. The mens restroom look like a gas station restroom. The restroom floor is wet theres toilet paper on the floor and smells horrible. There's trash on the floor the toilets are dirty and the sinks have hair all over it. The urinals don't work and are dirty all the time. It seems like no one cleans it regularly. No other 24 hour fitness is this grimey it's disgusting here.
