Gracie Barra Aliso Viejo

I’ve trained Jiu Jitsu on-and-off for a few years, but this is the first gym that I’ve felt at home. The professors and coaches are absolutely amazing. They truly care about their students. My three-year-old is extremely enthusiastic about attending his classes and eagerly anticipates them every time. I highly recommend this program for young children, as it fosters self-confidence, discipline, and enhanced listening skills. The instructors are exceptionally talented and attentive, closely monitoring each child's movements to ensure they remain focused. I am delighted to have chosen this location for my child's development.

The team at Gracie Barra Aliso Viejo is amazing. It is a great place to train for both children and Adults. For the kids, they get plenty of exercise, build their confidence, learn to defend themselves and build a sense of community. Between the kids and I we have been training there around 3 years and I highly recommend them.

Best place to train Jiu Jitsu in Orange County. Friendly for beginners and challenging for all experiences as well. Instructors are amazing and keep a family friendly and safe space to train. Mats are always very clean
