I definitely recommend this space to anyone in the area! The studio is so cozy and our instructor, Kyra, led a beautiful, strong flow. I will definitely be back!!

I love this studio! The classes are suitable for all levels, and every time I walk through the door it just feels like home. Sally and Kyra are expert teachers and fantastic humans! I feel 100% confident recommending this space to anyone I know!
