I recently had the pleasure of attending a class at Moksha Yoga Studio in Wellington, Florida, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The studio itself is a serene and welcoming space that instantly makes you feel at ease.It had a fun positive vibe. What truly made my experience exceptional was the instructor, Suan. Suan’s passion for yoga and dedication to her students is evident in every class. She has an incredible ability to create a nurturing and positive environment, making everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their skill level. Her instructions are clear and encouraging, and she takes the time to ensure that each student is performing the poses correctly and safely. Suan’s energy is infectious, and her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and relaxing. She offers modifications for different levels, which is fantastic for beginners like myself, while also providing advanced options for more experienced practitioners. Her knowledge and expertise in yoga are truly impressive, and she is always willing to share insights and tips to help you improve your practice. I left the class feeling rejuvenated and inspired, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Moksha Yoga Studio and especially Suan’s classes to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply enjoy a peaceful and uplifting experience. I can’t wait to return!

Love this studio. The instructors are amazing and there is a wide variety of classes for all levels. I like a more challenging class and there are many to choose from. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming.
