Best Yoga Studio near Vista, California

This is such a sweet yoga studio. Excellent teachers and a huge variety of classes for all styles and ability levels. If there’s a class you’re interested in, they probably offer it. It’s very welcoming and a heart centered community of people. They have lots of special events like a monthly sound healing, drum circle and yoga workshops. Highly recommended.

Classes with Carolyn are amazing! She's compassionate and you can truly feel her genuine love of helping you achieve your goals.

What an amazing intention-filled yoga studio! The owner, Lisette is a gem. From the first interaction when I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed. Her class was nothing short of amazing. Her cue-ing is intelligent, hands on adjustments were loving, sequence and music was intuitive, and overall flow was well-timed. I had the perfect amount of time in each posture and by the time we were in savasana, the lights were dimmed and I was supported for the best relaxation and deep rest. I left feeling so well taken care of, well-rested, and refreshed. It’s such a gift to attend a class tauggg by someone who is passionate and skilled at what they do. I’m so excited to attend more classes as there is a thriving community here!! Thank you!!

After a very long time- I finally made it here!!! There was an intimate group and although I didn’t know the chants / I was pleased most were easy to follow and I truly enjoyed getting into to “ divine flow”. Some movements were a little challenging but fun and it really was awesome energy. After 90 minutes which ended in sound bath with gongs I opened my eyes to a hot, delicious tea and oracle card ( who doesn’t love that?) Lovely way to start any weekend. I will be back.

I recently completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Great Divine Flow Yoga. I have known and been practicing with the owners -- Tony and Marcia -- for 7 and 1/2 years, but this was my first Teacher Training with them. It was unbelievable. It so far exceeded every expectation I had. I have done multiple Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation Certifications over the years, but the power of these 3 months was on another level. From knowledge, to community, and personal transformation...it had it all. The love and support was magical. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in experiencing Kundalini Yoga.

Great Divine Flow Yoga is fantastic! I am new to Kundalini yoga. Marcia and Tony have made me feel so welcome. They are very down to earth and make this practice accessable to ANYONE! The cost is so reasonable, and I have been so happy with the various workshops and classes they offer. It is a must try for anyone interested in learning about a technology that can help bring clarity and energy to their daily lives.

What a hidden gem! This studio is amazing. I’ve only been a handful of times but they embody self love, acceptance, and happiness here! Such a great studio :)
