LOVE EMHY!! The instructors and owner are so kind and welcoming. They offer a variety of classes from sound baths to glow in the dark Zumba!!

Love this place. Great instructors that work with all levels of fitness. Peggy is the best and cares for all of the students. She messages almost daily just to tell you to have a good day. She does so much for the community and gets others involved. Truly a place to not only feel better physically but mentally and spiritually. I would recommend all to try at least once.

My love for hot yoga began at EMHY 4 years ago. My first class was SO challenging but, with encouragement from Peggy, I kept going back again and again. She is the kindest person I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and has cultivated an environment that reflects her genuine kind heart. Her students and teachers mean everything to her and she never lets any of us forget that. EMHY is so much more than a studio - it's a family. A piece of my heart will always belong to this place ❤️

My wife and I moved here three years ago and it was important for her to find somewhere to do Yoga and find a place that she felt a good presence. The studio offers such a great variety of classes, fun activities, and support local businesses and help the community. You will not find a better place than EMHY in this area.

I cannot say enough about this place. From the ownership, to the workers, to the diversity in the classes they offer, to the special events, to the atmosphere- it is the place to be. Then to top it off the instructors are the best! But - I feel strongly that Peggy and Tabitha it’s the big hearts they have for people. I am glad to be a part of this amazing place.
