I love this studio! Started out the new year to try their 1-week special and absolutely LOVING EVERY CLASS! I had attended classes taught by Katie, Jen, Tiff, Molly and everyone of them brings a different touch of yoga into my practice. My favorite is at the end with the nice touch of the scented towels! Love the studio and their teachers!

I've previously dabbled in yoga here and there and decided to give it another shot. I took the Sculpt & Flow class with Jenn and it was such a fun and different class! It started off with some yoga which really got your muscles stretched and moving, and then it flowed into a strength training format which made things a bit spicier -- you definitely feel the burn! Jenn was very engaging and personable -- she continued to encourage each individual throughout the 60min session. It was such a fun class and I loved how it included both yoga and strength training -- can't wait to go back!

Just finished the sculpt & flow class, and it exceeded all of my expectations! Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each move with clear instructions and providing modifications for all levels. The class was a perfect blend of power yoga with strength training exercises, targeting every major muscle group! We made use of props, resistance bands & heavy + light weights as well. What I loved most was how upbeat and personable Jennifer was throughout the class. She kept us on our toes but also threw in light humor which we all needed on a Monday evening! Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, this class is a great way to enhance your strength and sculpt lean muscle with a super technical and down to earth instructor. Highly recommend it!

I cannot recommend this yoga studio enough! From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is calm, inviting, and energizing. The space is impeccably clean, with soothing lighting and a layout that makes you feel instantly at ease. Jennifer, one of the trainers, is an absolute gem. Her classes are a perfect balance of challenging and restorative. She has a way of explaining poses and adjustments that makes them accessible for everyone, regardless of skill level. Jennifer’s positive energy, genuine care for her students, and deep knowledge of yoga are truly inspiring. Every session with Jennifer feels like a reset for both the body and mind. Her encouragement and attention to detail ensure that you not only improve physically but also walk away feeling empowered and grounded. If you’re looking for a studio and a trainer who will help you grow in your practice while making you feel supported every step of the way, this is the place to be! I took the Sculpt class with Tiffany and it was amazing! Great combo of yoga, weights and cardio. Tiffany was so kind and and motivating. All the staff there was friendly and the studio was beautiful! I'll be going back!
