This is a wonderful yoga studio. Well loved and well taken care of. Best teachers and a growing team. Get your butt kicked in sculpt and Barre or come to relax and rewind with some restorative.

As a newbie to yoga, I was a little nervous about attending my first class. I was warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable instantly. The instructors are very willing to work with me to make sure I am getting the most out of my experience. I do not feel bad that I am out of shape, knowing that I can work at whatever level I need and I will be supported! It has been an extremely positive experience!

Shakra is more than a studio or fitness center - it's a community! The instructors are excellent and classes are designed for all levels of experience. If you have not tried yoga before this is a great place to start . AND if you enjoy yoga and want to continue to grow in your practice try a class here! You won't be disapointed.
