Michelle is an absolute gem! A skilled yoga instructor, she helped me recover from injuries sustained in an accident and a less than optimum joint replacement through the practice of gentle somatic yoga. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Whether your goals are fitness, flexibility, stress relief, or recovery. . . you will not not find a more knowledgeable, capable, fit and kind instructor. She practices yoga personally as well and is a phenomenal role model. Very highly recommend!

Michelle shares her love of yoga with experienced and newbies both. She runs different level classes in her calming home studio. She inspires us to keep expanding our practice but with no pressure to perform. My body really benefits from her weekly classes. My fellow students are also warm and encouraging.

I have been attending yoga sessions with Michelle twice a week for two years. Her take on gentle somatic yoga has greatly helped me deal with chronic back pain due to an old injury. I am 72 years old and do you not get anything from attending large classes of thirty or more yogis. Michelle works with small manageable groups and everyone gets individual guidance. I cannot praise her highly enough.

I took a complimentary class with Yoga Michelle today and it was amazing! It's been quite awhile since I've taken a yoga class and Michelle's small class size and personal attention to her "yogi's" was just what I was looking for and honestly, needed. Today's class focused on functional movement of the hips and was gentle enough for a beginner like me, but also challenging. I felt amazing afterwards and noticed I had more energy and focus that has lasted all day. Oh, and the small smoothy after class was a wonderful surprise and absolutely delicious! Needless to say, I'm hooked and will definitely become a regular Yogi of her's!

I enjoy Michelle's calming, intimate studio. Because the groups are small, she can give us individual attention when needed. A refreshing towel and beverage at the close of the session is a real bonus! In warmer weather, we meet outdoors in the beautiful, serene garden. Pleasant, convenient location.
