The Balanced Yogi Studio is awesome! I attended classes while visiting my parents over the holidays, and was very impressed with the quality of the classes and instructors. The studio has a vibrant and welcoming community. I look forward to attending more classes at this studio when I visit SD in the future. ❤️🙏🏼🧘🏼

This was my first experience in a yoga studio & it was so great! All the instructors have been so unique in their approaches. The Yin classes were great for me as a beginner. — I’ve really really enjoyed going here for the past month! Looking forward to attending more classes in the future.

I am a yoga enthusiast and tried classes at Balanced Yogi and loved it. It’s a nice welcoming studio with good energy. All the teachers I took from were really great. One class I especially like is Yin with the sound bath healing at the end. It’s definitely worth trying classes. They have a variety of really good teachers and classes to explore.

Balanced yogi is a darling studio. The instructors are varied so you have lots of choices. It’s a bit tricky for me as the schedule in the morning isn’t early enough for work and there are no showers, but if those two things changed this would be the main yoga studio I practice at. Community and kindness are practiced here.

I really love this yoga studio, every instructor has it's particular and special way to teach, they combine yoga with meditation and it makes the space so magical and spiritual that it's easy to connect with your highest self through love and light. They will guide you to connect with your self-love and go back to this place within yourself that we all need to take care of. Yoga teachers are so nice and warm people. I really recommend this Yoga studio, you will feel peace, calm and happines.

Love this infrared sauna cross training gym. Not only am I losing weight fast, I am someone who suffers with chronic pain so working out at a regular gym just isn’t an option for me anymore. If you or someone you know needs pain relief and a new way of working out, stop going to outdated gyms. Hotworx is the future. I also read the book the Founder of hotworx wrote and it explains this infrared cross training concept really well. The staff are also really friendly. There was a situation with another member in which the issue was handled very well by the front desk person. If you’re thinking of getting a membership here don’t wait. I was attending another hotworx in the Bay Area and they will raise the prices eventually. Sign up now before the price goes up because they will. The studio is clean. It’s not crowded with people since it’s by appointment and open 24hrs. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Oh the Hotworx is the best workout and welliness studio ever. Health enhancement and good mood promoter - I love it

My family and friends enjoy the amenities they offer.

The place is clean but the whole concept is boring. You get bored of the same workout's and routine. Also bumped into a few ladies who were also members and rude, which made me not want to come back. Not worth the money, class pass is a better option.
