Recently moved back to the area full time and X-Hale continues to be my Favorite yoga spot. Kim is absolutely a pleasure to be around, so welcoming. Everyone is so nice. For anyone who loves an intense workout this is for you. I never sweat the way I do at these classes. I always leave feeling so mentally clear. Can’t wait to go back again. They also always have great deals during the holidays so make sure to check out the gift packages in December !For more yoga reviews, restaurant recommendations, travel advice, upcoming music events etc follow me on Instagram @Colombiandaydream

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and when I moved to Point Pleasant, Xhale became my second home. Kim Cupolo created an inviting, clean, fun and beautiful space for yogis to practice. Kim's classes are KILLER, and no two classes of hers are ever the same. She manages to change it up every single time and throw in transitions I've never even seen before. She truly is a gifted and knowledgeable teacher. The challenging classes and heat are the perfect combo for someone who loves to push themselves to the limit, but each class is accessible to all levels and all yogis! Make sure you bring a towel & be prepared to sweat -- You'll leave feeling amazing, rejuvenated, and strong. They also added HIIT Pilates to their schedule recently, and I highly recommend those classes as well!

With a 2024 New Year Resolution, I signed up for a January month pass at X-hale Hot Yoga Studio. Being an absolute beginner having never practiced yoga before, I went to my first class with much anxiety. My experience started with the welcoming by yoga instructor Roger Reiss. He introduced me to the studio and alleviated my anxiety as I stepped onto my mat for the first time. Roger is an amazing wholistic yoga leader that has grounded me in my practice and advancing my learning in connecting with my spiritual and physical body. I have also participated in classes led by Kim Anilonis (Building my strength/flexibility) and Grace Spinosa (Building my flow/pose). The amazing instructors that I have experience are complimented by an incredible space that is clean, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The studio has an excellent community that brings positive energy to every session. Going into February, I am looking forward to continuing my yoga journey, resolution and passion that has been ignited at X-hale

Kim was absolutely amazing, she was motivating, funny and so personable. My first ever hot yoga class and it was perfect. The intensity, the heat and the whole flow of the class was exactly what I needed that day. LOVED IT! Can’t wait to come back for more!!
