This is the first yoga class in years…It is called “restore” and led by an amazing instructor Audrey. I have to say it was the best suggestion and best way to detox and start the weekend. I recommend it for any age and beginners welcomed(me). But it was definitely restorative and exhilarating…ask for Carly or Janie or anyone there what classes and I look forward to many more…try it once you’ll be hooked!

What a nice surprise when I walked into class and there was a substitute instructor, Cheryl. She is absolutely lovely. She is very knowledgeable, and hands on helpful. Her cues are clear and her playlist was great, making her class a real joy to take!

Great class, super helpful staff, perfectly clean facilities and appropriate for varying levels of fitness. I took the dynamic flow class, my first time, and though it was appropriately challenging, I was expecting a more difficult class. I am excited to try all of the classes they offer. Wonderful experience.

Kate is by far the best instructor I’ve taken. She thinks outside of the box with challenging moves that push and motivate me at the same time. I oook forward to her class every week, even though it’s at 6am!

It truly is amazing here. The instructors - big shout out to James, Jenna and Angela. Love them. So good at what they do. Not to mention the associated that work there are so friendly and engaging. Most importantly, the classes offered are great. I am a mom of 2 and have been wanting to get back into doing something for myself so I typically take the first class offered or the last class offered in the day and does help with my kids schedules. I absolutely love how I feel and see such a difference already with my mental and physical health!
