Absolutely love this studio and its people. Joined a year ago and wasn’t sure what to expect being new to yoga but what a wonderful experience from day one. The studio is warm and inviting. The people there have worked very hard to provide a healing environment. Everyone is warm and welcoming no matter what class or workshop you attend. Each month there are new experiences to try and learn. Absolutely love it!

I joined Whole Body Yoga not long ago and I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at a yoga studio. Daily yoga at home has been my go to for years now but I was missing a community connection. I couldn’t quite find the feeling of calm/acceptance/community I was looking for at many of the studios I tried, but from the moment I walked in the door at this studio I felt like part of a family. It’s the first time I’ve been to yoga classes that had a range of ages and ability, there was no intimidating pressure to perform as well or better than anyone. It was refreshing and each class had something for everyone, inviting you to make your practice your own. I usually attend Jeff’s meditative yoga flow class on Thursday nights and Mary Beth’s wake up yoga on Wednesday mornings. Both Jeff and Mary Beth are fantastic teachers/people and I’m blessed they are part of my journey. If you’re looking to add to your practice, or start your practice I highly recommend giving Whole Body Yoga a try.

I loved the studio. It smelled so good and I had a feeling of peacefulness as soon as I walked in. I would recommend a session of reflexology as it is a hour of complete relaxation and you leave with an over all feeling of calmness.

Love this yoga studio! Truly focuses on your whole body through their offerings of a variety of classes, workshops and instructors, along with massage, reiki and reflexology practitioners. It is a lovely space in which I have been warmly welcomed by both patrons and staff. Grateful to have found this yoga community.

Hands down, the best yoga studio and instructors I have encountered in 20 years of yoga. Christa and her fellow yogis are all wonderful teachers and lovely people as well. A bright, friendly and non-competitive atmosphere where you can really grow as a yoga student and as a person!

I am so pleased that I found Christa and Kindred Yoga! I have been coming here since it opened and it really is my happy place!! However I feel when I come in, I always feel 100% better when I leave. Christa has created a calm, joyful and accepting place and all the teachers are awesome! Thankful for this place!

I found Kindred yoga about 10 months ago and it has changed so much for me. This studio, Christa and all of her teachers are so warm and welcoming! The beginner classes are wonderful and there are options for yogi's of any level. I have met so many wonderful people, I feel stronger, lost some weight (what a bonus!) and can settle my mind and manage my stress so much better! I wish I had found this yoga studio sooner!!! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I have done yoga in the past very sporadically. So I was introduced to this yoga studio and to Christa (the owner and chief Yogi) by my wife who attends the classes here. From the first day, after meeting Christa and attending the trial class, I was immediately drawn to this studio. Christa and her team of Yogis are very enthusiastic, pleasant and welcoming. They all do a great job of narrating and modeling the positions and moves so you know exactly what to do. I felt totally comfortable as a newcomer not knowing what to expect. The class size is small and this enables Christa and her Yogis to help you make fine adjustments to your routine. Having said that, I joined the class as a new member and have attended 12 sessions so far and look forward to being a permanent member here at the studio. The motivating factor for me is the energy I feel after attending each session.

Kindred Yoga is my happy place. The energy is just incredible, all of the instructors are phenomenal, and the owner, Christa is a true light in this world. I can’t recommend this place enough. I just started practicing yoga 7 months ago. As a beginner, I tried many yoga studios in the area and found that most places did not have beginner friendly instructional classes. Kindred Yoga is the exception. The Yoga Foundations class is perfect for beginners with little experience, but all of the classes with any of the teachers are very instructional and welcoming of all skill levels. Kindred is a warm, accepting place free from intimidation that fosters a real sense of community among its members. It’s really something special — give it a try whether you’re new to yoga or a long time yogi.
