Love PowerFlow yoga so much!! I go to the Morristown + Chatham locations and the staff is always so friendly. I feel so detoxed after each class. The instructors are all so good, Sabrina’s classes are my favorite!! It’s a perfect addition to my weekly work out routine. 💌

Been coming to this studio for 10 plus years! Many of the teachers are still there which says alot! Its a home away from home. Great community no pretention, just come as you are. All classes are different, try them all and you will find what you like. Anything but cookie cutter here.

Ive been trying to find a hot yoga place like this in Pittsburgh and South Carolina (where I go to school) and I have found nothing like powerflow. The teachers are really skilled, nice and know how to teach various levels of students at the same time.

Beautiful studio, amazing teachers. Every class is great. Love the cold eucalyptus towels at the end of class!

Where do I start … unwelcoming staff no smile no tour of the studio. Teacher didn’t introduce herself . No cold towels provided like every other studio. No towels for the showers. The floor is awful hard and makes too much noise. Overall this place felt unauthentic and disappointing. For 27 dollars try somewhere else I wish I had.

I want to thank South Street Yoga and Nutrition for your donation to Diana Ministries LLC. I am a volunteer and host workshops at different locations. South Street Yoga and Nutrition has donated for the past three years gift cards to Diana Ministries for the shelter, Homeless Solutions, and treatment center Mrs. Wilson's Treatment Center in Morristown. We are so thankful for your care and donation. Your generosity puts a smile on our faces and hearts. The participants were super excited and thrilled to come to do yoga a way of relaxation as they continued on their journey. Thank you a million times over and Happy Holidays.

The community at SSYN is wonderful and welcoming. The studio space at Mills Street is bright, light and magical. The teachers are creative and caring. SSYN is a special place to take a yoga class, meditation break and support local. 😊 Full disclosure, I teach yoga at SSYN but I was a student there before a teacher and continue to enjoy the classes and workshop offerings.

I've been going to South Street yoga for two years and, slowly but surely, I'm getting stronger and more flexible. The whole community is kind and supportive of each other. Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and sequence the classes to make sure that you are warmed up and not injuring yourself. Perfect for the beginner or the experienced Yogi!

South Street Yoga is more than just a yoga studio! It’s a community and family all in one place. It has a wonderful owner called Debbie and every yoga instructor is unique. There is a class that suits all. I signed up to a year membership after my first class! Recommend to all new or experienced with yoga.
