Best Yoga Studio near Mcmurray, Pennsylvania

Lakeview Yoga is the first studio I experienced and I am glad to have found such a great team to practice with! I have been to a number of their offerings (mostly evenings/weekends) and every class I have attended has been of the highest quality and each instructor has been great! If new to Yoga, like me, I highly recommend the “New Beginners” package which is a 4-week package that focuses on the fundamentals of Yoga. It was a tremendous help to me personally before starting the regular class offerings. Of course, if the scheduling does not work for you, the Yoga 1 offering would still be a great fit.

I absolutely love this Yoga Studio! Sarah that teaches Yin with Restorative is an amazing teacher. Each time I go (which I wish was everyday) I experience moves I’ve never done. At first I was a sceptic that I could stretch or move that way but I do and each time and after I feel fantastic, relaxed and at peace. Thank you Sarah!
