I've been practicing Tai Chi for over 40 years in several states and countries and have never had a Studio as beautiful and welcoming as the House of Bliss. When we walk in for my Tai Chi classes a warming feelings embraces us. We are all impressed with the living inviting decor. Many have said what a wonderful place to practice Tai Chi or Yoga.

This is a lovely beautiful studio. It's more then just yoga. An energy filled sanctuary - plants, art. Everyone is so inspiring. Astrology, Tarot, Moon medicine, Reiki. Every kind of yoga and meditation. This has been a life changing establishment. A full body and mind workout.

Where do I start? Elemental Om has been a life changing experience for me. I started practicing yoga in 2008 in Lebanon studio when I was faced with many life changing events. Through practice and meditation I was able to turn my life around. As I age yoga has helped me maintain my flexibility. The new studio in Mason is a great facility to practice in. The instructors also provide a great experience too.

For someone brand new to yoga, Elemental OM has been a wonderful introduction! Everyone is incredibly friendly and they go out of their way to make you welcome and feel like you belong. The facility is beautiful and has a very calming feel and esthetic. The instructors make you feel like you are the only person in the class while still being all inclusive to everyone attending. If you are looking for a place to begin or continue your Yoga practice, you will not find a better studio or instructors than you will at Elemental OM!

Absolutely love Anahata! I recently started doing the aerial yoga classes and it is amazing! They have great options for beginners and more advanced students. Paula is a wonderful instructor who makes every session fun. She is great at explaining how to move and modifying poses to make them easier or harder. I highly recommend trying a class!

This yoga studio is for all experience levels and the teachers make you feel welcome. Every class and every teacher offers options for poses if you are a beginner to exceptional level. This small woman owned business is a gem in the community. I highly recommend everyone interested in yoga to give it a try. Drop in for a class soonest!

The facility has a lot of variety of classes to offer both relaxing and hot yoga classes. I have enjoyed the challenges and unique poses and styles. There is a strong focus on the core.

I am so incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful place. I have only been a member (with unlimited monthly classes) for a little over 2 months now, and it has seriously changed my life in so many positive ways, in such little time. Both the instructors and the classes, are so welcoming, unique, vivacious and impactful to my mental and physical health and overall well-being. I am so much stronger and toned (full body), I am sleeping better, my body is not all tensed up from sitting at my desk all day (you have no idea how tight your spine, joints and muscles truly are until you do some of these classes) and I have already met so many wonderful people that bring positivity and warmth into my days. I used to be somewhat of a “gym rat” (pre COVID, and have been trying all year to get back into an exercise routine that I enjoy) and I have never seen/felt the physcial and mental benefits that I have, from this experience already. I also would have told you that I would never do a “hot yoga” class in my life (I keep my house at 68 degrees year round) but I have found myself counting down the minutes until I can get into the infrared yoga classes. My stomach and lower back have always been my trouble areas and they are truly transforming, with 2-3 classes a week. I am not usually one to leave reviews but I seriously leave every class wanting to send them a thank you card. That sounds cheesy, but that’s really how I feel. Writing a review on here is the least I could do to advocate for this wonderful space and community and I hope it will encourage others to give it a try. There are people of all ages and backgrounds and as someone who always wore makeup to they gym, I can honestly say that I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in my own skin, around a group of relative strangers. “Anahata” refers to the heart and that is what drew me to give this studio a try. I hope someone will read this review and it will lead their heart to this studio as well :)
