Rafael is great at what he does. He does an excellent job of asking what I would like him to focus on before starting each session. He is very intuitive in using just the right amount of pressure during deep tissue massage. The desk staff are fantastic and always greet me with a friendly smile.

Menari was able to squeeze my partner and I in for a sauna and soak last minute. It has been a very stressful time in both of our lives so we needed a shock to the system and try something new. This is exactly what we needed. They were flexible, comforting, and educational. We will be back!

I’m always hesitant to try a new massage therapist but I lucked out with Olivia! She was amazing! I requested a deep tissue massage to treat chronic issues and some new areas stemming from prolonged travel. In addition to regular massage, Olivia used multiple techniques (hot stones, vibrations, and stretching) to effectively loosen up the muscles and tissue. I was also appreciative that she was able to apply firm pressure without causing pain - which is tough to do. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!

I see Raphael at this location, and he does an amazing job. When looking for a massage therapist to fit your needs, don't be afraid to let them know what you would like. Communication is important, and it makes the massage experience so much better. Also, every good massage therapist wants to give you the best session possible and it's perfectly fine to communicate that during the massage, whether you'd like more or less pressure, if the table is too cold or too warm, or if an area needs more or less work. Menari is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and my massage therapist always listens to what I'm looking for before we begin our massage therapy session. The staff is friendly and helpful. With any massage, when you call, consult with the receptionist, and they will adapt your needs to the perfect therapist. Whether you are looking for deep tissue, sports, Swedish, relaxation, etc...

My first time here and I will be back. From the moment you enter they set the mood. Relaxing atmosphere with water or hot tea ready for you on arrival. I had a 90 min Lomilomi with hot rocks and it was great. Olivia worked with me to find problem areas and dialed in the right pressure to make sure I had the best experience. I recommend Menari!

A good sweat with a relaxing salt room visit was much needed and Ember Wellness absolutely gave us the relaxation we needed. Ember is a very welcoming and friendly space with amazing sauna sessions to the yoga classes for all types. It’s also has a very relaxing salt lounge that is much needed! Along with the services they provide they also have clean swaps for your house and day to day life supplies!

This place goes above and beyond to take care of you from having the sauna all set to go when you arrive for your appointment, to the cucumber + hydration following the sauna. I love all the clean products too. It's a great place to try out different things as work to remove toxins from my products, home and life.

Went with a group this evening and it was a blast. A range of different work outs depending on what you want to do. It brings what you think are basic workouts to a new level.

AMAZING workouts! You can stretch, exercise, or just sit in a sauna. Incredibly clean, organized, and easy to use. Ashton is a very knowledgeable and helpful GM who shows his passion for fitness as well! Love this place!
