Love this place!! I got a month long membership to try out different classes and I haven’t found one yet that I didn’t enjoy. The teachers are all super welcoming and helpful to beginners. Hot pilates and Yin yoga have quickly become two of my favorites.

So far so good, never took classes like these before so I’m a newbie. Trying to figure out how to implement this style of exercise into my current training.. I took the 14 day trial and went almost everyday, very helpful way to see what it’s all about without breaking the bank. 👍instructors are great and place is clean.

The Embodied Wisdom Institute is a wonderful gem nestled in the shops of Silver Springs! The vibe + environment is welcoming, beautiful, full of light, and the owner/directors- Vanessa and Jason are kind, throughful experts in their fields. I have been attending QiGong classes with Jason and they have been really beneficial for me!! His welcoming demeanor would put anyone at ease, and along with his heartfelt curiosity and care, the timing, spectrum and flow of the class felt nourishing for my body and mind. I am grateful to be able to practice QiGong in such a safe and supportive environment- I look forward to attending other workshops and classes at The Embodied Wisdom Institute- I will definitely be back!

I attended the sound healing session at Embodied Wisdom Institute this week. I loved it! It was a profoundly comforting, soothing, joyful experience. The leader is such a wise and warm person! I might try her Reiki session as well!

Life under the epidemic cannot be without yoga. I am picky about the hygiene of public spaces, I checked out a lot of yoga spaces. The evolution power yoga space is awesome, Bright classrooms, multiple toilets with showers. And the foot pads and shower curtain are white and clean. Yoga teachers are very friendly. Entering such a yoga space to exercise, the body and mind are happy. Let us improve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual abilities through yoga training to achieve harmony of body, mind and spirit.

I love so much about Evolution Power Yoga. I wanted to try yoga but hadn't planned on hot yoga. After I went for the first time, I was hooked. My yoga practice is great for me, and it helps me stay injury-free with my running. The breathing we do in class helps me run too. The teachers are absolutely wonderful - so supportive and they seem to know just what to say. After a long day at work, going to yoga class and hearing "drop everything that doesn't serve you" is exactly what I need.

Evolution has given me exactly what I need to feel like myself, again. After having kids, I fell out of my yoga practice, but evolution has guided me back. The teachers are incredibly supportive and helpful, not judgmental. They guide you each step of the way. I highly recommend going for one class to see if it is a fit for you.

I have been going to Evolution while at home visiting my family (I live in San Francisco now) and it has been so incredibly therapeutic and empowering in the wake of a painful breakup. I arrive at class all wound up and tired and leave energized, and truly “blissed out”… I really appreciate all the time options, the rigor of the classes, and the dedication of the other yogis who show up. The studio is beautiful and I feel so comfortable there. Only wish is that there was an SF location! Thank you, don’t know what is do without you.

I havet taken classes on a regular basis since the studio I used to go to closed during the pandemic. I was searching for a new Yoga home and Evolution has been great. I look forward to every class and always feel amazing, both physically and mentally, when I leave.

Cannot overstate how much I love this place! Great community, non-judgmental, inclusive, beautiful downtown space. I was new to yoga when I started my membership at WEYS & I never felt judged or self-conscious. The instructors are great — a good variety of classes. Highly recommend whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi.

As part of our weekend in Lancaster to celebrate my wife’s retirement and birthday recently, we decided to participate in the Yoga on the Roof event at Tellus360 on Saturday, September 3rd. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Megan who set a relaxing atmosphere by her engaging and gentle presence infused with a little bit of humor! The setting was perfect, with the amazing views of the city and the beautiful late summer weather that morning and most especially the invigorating and uplifting practice session led by Megan. It was great start to our day and look forward to joining the group again soon. Many thanks to Megan and West End Yoga for a wonderful experience----NAMASTE!

I attended a class a while ago with Jennifer A. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She fat shamed me while I was trying to do some poses. I was working really hard to get into shape and I do not appreciate being fat shamed. I thought that she was a trauma yoga instructor. I felt re-traumatized after the class and I didn't come back.
