CorePower Yoga is honestly the best place ever! The instructors are so nice and always super helpful. They take the time to give me tips and let me know exactly what I need to fix, which makes me feel like I’m improving every class. They’re super encouraging, and you can tell they really care about everyone. The people who go there are also really friendly, and the whole vibe is super positive and welcoming. Plus, they always have everything you might need so you’re never unprepared. It’s such a great place to relax, work out, and just feel good about yourself. I’d totally recommend it to anyone!

love this location! they have a ton of class times & variety since they have the 2 rooms. friendly instructors. I love that they have wipes to clean your mat & equipment. my only “complaint” is that the weights are a little grimy— I wish they reminded folks to wipe them off.

The instructors are top-notch, the facility is well-maintained, and the variety of classes available at different times with the option of incorporating weights adds to the overall experience. What truly sets CorePower apart is the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly and supportive members. If you're local and curious, take advantage of the 7-day pass to explore the diverse classes. I guarantee the captivating atmosphere will leave you hooked and eager for more. After about 20 years of Bikram and similar yoga, started here a few months ago. Wider selection of class types. Instructors range from very good to excellent. Heated classes are good temp, and there is ample extra equipment like weights and blocks when needed. Adding a pic of my dog in a cone because I feel like it.

I really enjoyed the new student intro deal and some of the classes, but the only times I could make it were typically during Bikram yoga so to me there wasn’t a lot of variety with classes and times. I like Bikram every once in a while, but not every day. Also, the guy that works there was not that nice to me at all and would almost “talk dumb” to me if I asked specific questions about the classes and student deal.

Friendly spacious studio offering Hot yoga bikram style classes, 90 and 60 min, pilates, yin, workshops. $25 trial offer for new students. Heat and humidity are even throughout the studio. Shower facilities available. Plenty of parking. Easy to get by Uber if you are a visitor without a car. Love it!

I have been attending various classes here over the past few years and it’s time I give them a shout out! All the staff and yogis are friendly and encouraging. I started as a beginner, attending maybe 1-2 yoga classes and never hot yoga. Each instructor has their own style and tips, which I find helpful in my growth. They are always available for questions and assistance. My favorite classes are hot Pilates, hot yoga, and yin but there’s truly a class for everyone here! This place helped me recover physically and mentally after the pandemic and I’m forever thankful for this community I’ve been provided with! Love y’all SD Yoga Center 💛💛 For the building itself, they also have showers and a locker type room upstairs for women. Not many places offer that and it’s a nice amenity to have!

This place is great! It has been 15 years since I last did hot yoga. I have been wanting to get back into it for several years but just couldn't convince myself to do it. I'm so glad I finally took a class here a few weeks ago. Very clean and peaceful studio with kind, warm staff. Can't wait for my next class. I feel awesome!

All instructors are welcoming, encouraging, kind, and professional. I love the atmosphere the studio has. Truly a wonderful studio to call home and I, 1,000% recommend them.
