Angela was an amazing instructor! I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The class size was great as well as the location. I went thinking I’d never be able to keep up but was at ease with Angela’s encouragement to work at my level of comfort. Highly recommend!

Angela has just started this business and is very detailed. She is a certified yoga instructor and is very good. She knows my limitations and checks to see I'm not over doing it. I'm the oldest she's teaching. Give her a try.
