Getting back into aerial after a few years was intimidating but everyone at Earth & Aerial Yoga has been wonderful! Gentle, reassuring & love that the classes are not as rigid as some other studios. I don't feel any judgement & it's been fun! Barely into my 30 Day New Student deal & excited to try more!

I’m new to aerial yoga - about three weeks in, but I have done yoga and Pilates on and off for a couple of years. I started with the monthly intro pass and tried out five different classes. I’ve enjoyed them all so far. The essentials was a great introduction to using the silk. The instructors were helpful in providing guidance as to whether a student can progress to a more advanced class. The instructors in the more advanced classes have been helpful in guiding students at all different levels. Its been a positive experience so far and I hope to continue as my schedule allows.

“Absolutely love this aerial yoga and hoop studio! The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a beautiful, serene atmosphere that feels so refreshing. The instructors are welcoming and attentive, making each class both fun and challenging. Perfect for building strength and finding relaxation in a stunning, open setting. Highly recommend!”

I needed a way to ease back into physical fitness and thought this would be a fun way. I had never taken an aerial yoga class before, so I was nervous. I am now on my 5th class and overjoyed to report how wonderful it is! I have tried a handful of different instructors, who were all very patient, helpful, and made me feel like I’m in good hands. The best part about this type of yoga is it gets you out of your comfort zone, allows you to trust your body, and de-stress for an hour out of the day. The instructor Lincoln has great pacing and good energy, and Julia is so open and really provides such a relaxing space, her end of class wind down is my fav!!! If you’re on the fence, just give it a go! You won’t regret it.
