I came across Hot Yoga at Waikiki by google search, it is only a 10-minute walk from our condo. I was introduced to hot pilates from a year ago. I normally do once a week to maintain core strength and stability. I figured to continue this while staying in Waikiki. This place did not disappoint. Catherine, the owner, was very attentive. She is a good communicator, offering suggestions based on my goal. I signed up for 1 week of unlimited sessions for 75 dollars, mat is included. The place was super clean and well equipped with lockers, bands, weights, blocks, water etc. There are also electrolytes and sports drinks you can purchase I think. I brought my own towel and water bottle. I was always greeted by instructors upon entering, and they made sure to know how to pronounce my name and offer personal encouragement when I was struggling. The room was spacious with good lights. The temp.was just right, unlike my home studio with heated air blowing to the face with a suffocating feeling if you are close by. I have been doing exercise daily while staying in Waikiki and always feel refreshed afterward. This is a gem if you live nearby and want to continue your routine. They have classes throughout the day. I highly recommend it!

I am so happy to have found this studio! I enjoy the bikram 26x2 hot yoga practice best. It was my first time in a virtual studio but it didn’t seem any different than any other class. They have tons of cameras so the instructor can provide direct feedback, and there is someone in the class that can physically help and guide you. The temp was hot! I’m excited to be a member and get back into regular practice. Catherine was quick to text and get me all set up for my first class with just a couple hours notice. Highly recommend this studio.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the studio but it did not disappoint! Signing up for the class was super easy, the heat was perfect, the studio was clean. It was the first time I took a virtual class in a studio but surprisingly it was just like in person. Cameras all around the studio so the instructor can see you. (Great class Whitney!) It’s been many years since I’ve practiced 26/2 so I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to do the one class but I feel so much better after going. You should check it out!

I visited this studio while traveling. It’s very clean and well run. The owner was extremely responsive and ensured that I had everything I needed to know to ensure a seamless experience. The teacher was excellent - keeping true to the original hot yoga dialogue, which is important to me as a yoga practitioner of 13 years and a certified teacher myself. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Hot Yoga Waikiki!! Catherine herself was very personable and on top of getting my mom and I set up for class with everything we needed. It was a quick and easy check in process and the studio itself was clean and welcoming. It was a unique experience practicing in the smart studio and I would definitely like to try again!! The room is hotter than other Bikram studios I have tried which I really liked.

I’m so glad I found this yoga class! It was an easy 30 minute walk from Hilton Waikiki Village . The instructor Roxy was so knowledgeable and the beach flow class was perfect for all levels:) Didn’t have my mat so I grabbed a beach towel- worked great! I will definitely be back!!

Doing yoga under the banyan tree with birds singing, ocean waving, and … chicken walking around is so fun . Roxy, the instructor, is amazing !

I booked yoga for my husband and I are on our honeymoon, he was hesitant that I booked this but we both ended up loving it! After all the hiking and surfing, this was the perfect activity! I also by accident booked this during another activity I planned and the team was able to switch up the day in a timely and professional manner. Our instructor was Roxy and she was amazing! I would highly recommend Yoga under the Palms.

I took the sunset yoga class and it was easily one of the best things I did in O’ahu. The guide was lovely and tailored the class to the students there. After such a busy trip, this gentle flow was just what I needed. The location was stunning, the guide (Olivia) was knowledgeable and kind, and the cost was very reasonable. I can’t wait to come back and buy their multi-class pass. I wish I could do that class every day.

We did a sunset yoga session and a mindfulness hike with Beach Sunset Yoga Hawaii and I'm so glad we did! The yoga session was a great experience, even for a beginner like me—Olivia was super welcoming and easy to follow. The mindfulness hike was next level! Immersing ourselves in nature with Karen’s thoughtful insights brought a new perspective and calmness that stayed with us for days after. She even led us through a meditation at the waterfall which was amazing! She is such a kind and warm soul. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking to add serenity and a deeper connection to nature to your Hawaii experience!

Waikiki Beach Yoga & Yoga Hikes is best Yoga in Honolulu! Classes are right on the beach and are so relaxing. Each instructor is amazing in their own way and really help you expand your potential. Not only that but the hikes are just as amazing. Karen lead us on a yoga mindfulness hike that was unlike any hike I have ever done. This is a must for anyone coming to Oahu for vacation and even for locals too!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a sunset yoga session on the beach. The location is ideal with palm trees, the breeze, and a great instructor. I am not a pro, so I was a little nervous going in, but there was no reason to be as the class has people of all age groups and levels. I had a great time strengthening my core, focusing on my breathing, and trying new poses. There was no pressure to push too hard and just being there brought me back to my center. Recommend to everyone!

The classes are so soothing with the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean and palm trees. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about coming since classes are all levels and the instructor checks in with everyone beforehand to make sure everyone’s needs are addressed. Location can’t be beat!

Just moved to the neighbor and was looking for a yoga spot. This place is beautiful! Everyone I have met here has been warm and inviting. I instantly felt welcomed. They have clothing, jewelry, yoga mats and other unique trinkets for sale. The cafe has delicious food and smoothies. I haven’t attend the yoga classes yet but the room is an oasis and I’m sure the classes will be rejuvenating. I’m so glad I live close by. I will be a frequent visitor!Thank you.

They have lots of different classes to attend whether you want to break a sweat, tone, meditate, or relax. They are welcoming, it has a chilled atmosphere but upbeat as well. Very clean facilities and located in Kahala mall which has a Whole Foods store.

Tonight my friend and I did the hot yoga session and it was amazing! Or instructor Kina'u was amazing and really thorough with the movements that we did. She was sweet and very well/soft spoken. She helped us out when we were struggling to relieve tension. The class itself was very relaxing and power indusing. I would definitely recommend coming here and look for the instructor Kina'u, Isabella, and Emily!

I have enjoyed my experience with Core Power. I’ve taken Hot Power Fusion which has been so fun to try something new. I tried it out with a few instructors but Kina’u has made the class more enjoyable and I enjoyed her style. She allows for further instruction and demonstration, making the class easier to follow especially for a newcomer.

My girlfriends and I are trying to find new ways to keep active and we've been telling each other we'll try yoga for the past 4 years lol and so we're glad we finally chose to try it out! We signed up for Yoga Sculpt with Armay and she was freaking amazing! :) I loved how supportive, bubbly, and strong she is. I mean I don't really have anyone else's class to compare it to but I would def go see her again, she made me SWEATTTTT like I haven't done so since my teenage volleyball seasons. Although, I highly recommend to please eat a good meal or snack and hydrate before you take this class cuz ya girl almost died but we pushed through. Overall 10/10 great class. We went to the 7:30pm class which was a pretty nice turnout, not too crowded but a good handful of people who also help motivate you in the room.

Shout out to Krista Catafago/Sakaba for being such an awesome and inspiring instructor! I've been friends with her husband, Phil, for a few years and during that time Krista would regale me with stories of her CPY/yoga life and how I should get into it. Literally for years I've been telling her and every other CPY enthusiast I know that I'm not interested and prefer surfing in my free time. She invited me to an 'ohana/friends class this past Sunday at Kahala and I had such a great time that I signed up for a 1mo membership. Looking forward to my next class! Mahalo big time Krista

The classes are challenging and consistently uplifting. There’s a real community here, and it’s not at all cliquey like other yoga studios I’ve been to. I enjoy the combination of sunny vibes and heat therapy. I find a lot of yoga studios in Hawaii don’t properly hear their rooms, often preferring AC over the benefits of proper bikram. The instructors are all friendly, supportive, and mindful. I’ve never left a class disappointed and I always look forward to returning. 10/10 very clean!

Sun Yoga has amazing instructors and I always enjoy the classes. Room is very clean and heated perfectly for a deep stretch. A great place to practice yoga!

Sun Yoga is a beautiful community of mindful, friendly people. I have been attending sun flow/yin classes for a year and enjoy the blend of mind, body and aloha spirit in every class.

I have been at Sun Yoga since it first opened 12 years ago. I met the owner Michelle years before when she was a hot yoga instructor at another studio. I’ve always enjoyed her classes and when she opened up Sun Yoga Hawaii in Aina Haina( where I live), I was ecstatic! My hot yoga practice when from 1-2 days every 2 weeks to 7 days a week. I’m addicted! The practice is not only good for the body but also for the soul. The teachers and community are all incredible, encouraging, friendly, and fun. All ages, sizes and skills are welcomed. I’ve made my besties through yoga and encourage my non-yogi friends to try it. There is really nothing else like it. Thank you Sun Yoga Hawaii for all these incredible years!

Sun Yoga has been a life saver for the past 6 years. I started so that I could become pain free from a tight back and hamstrings. It was an opportunity to get it done early in the morning before work and caregiving my family. Since then it has evolved into a whole body healthy habit. I have not only learned to meditate, but it has also strengthened and toned my body. Along with being part of a loving positive community.
