I’ve been coming to this yoga studio for almost a year, and it has truly made a meaningful difference in my life. Since starting my journey at Humbled Warriors, my overall well-being has significantly improved. My anxiety has lessened and I feel healthier, more vibrant, and strong. The studio offers a variety of classes, so I can choose to move fast for an invigorating workout or take it slow to feel calm and centered. Humbled Warriors is more than just a yoga studio; it’s a community that uplifts and inspires you. The instructors are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive—they make the effort to learn your name and create a warm, supportive environment. If you’re looking for a space to grow stronger, find peace, and connect with amazing people, I couldn’t recommend this studio more!

Love your work! As a long-term yoga practitioner visiting my home town, I was happily surprised to discover the welcoming and fun yoga community Humbled Warriors Yoga has helped facilitate in High Point. The studio vibe is non-judgmental, warm and supportive. Mats and props are top-notch, as is the quality of instruction. I'm impressed by the adaptive approach that caters for all all levels. The Intermediate-Advanced flow classes are the real standout though, offering creative and challenging sequences that guide you into a flow state where external distractions melt away.

A beautiful studio with incredible teachers and students! Their classes are all wonderful and they have great a variety of different styles, depending on what you need. Their pop-up events are also amazing - from relaxing sound baths to yoga & mimosas! The teachers are warm, welcoming, and take the time to get to know you. I’ve been to many yoga studios, but Humbled Warriors truly makes it feel like a second home. 🩷

I had never attended a yoga class. I am grateful to have signed up at this studio. It is a judgement free area. The owner and other instructors are very kind. I am learning, and I appreciate the environment they create for us to have a peaceful experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Humbled! This place is amazing. They have a class for everyone, no matter your level or availability. I love that they offer a wide range of times to fit almost any schedule. The 6AM Express Power classes are such a great way to start your day! I’m not a morning person (at all) but I get up early just for these classes. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Each instructor is fabulous in their own unique way. They offer fun and interesting pop-up classes along with their normally scheduled classes. The Fall Into Stillness workshop and the pop-up classes at Old Homeplace and Plant 7 (Congdon Yards) are a must. I promise you will not regret a practice at Humbled Warriors Yoga.

I can’t tell you how much my first session has changed me. I never expected that I would be doing yoga, but lately, I have been wanting to try it. Boy, am I glad I did! Debbie is such an amazing person with such great energy. She took her time and explained every move, and explained what each position does for the body and mind. It was such a wonderful experience! I will be going back and will be making this a regular routine of mine. Thank you again, Debbie!

The best studio. There's a feeling you get when you walk into this studio for the first time... the lighting, cork floors and pillar candles offers a calm, peaceful, and warm space to practice. Funny enough, I often forget the studio is inside a coffee shop, until the smell of freshly baked muffins wafts in during savassana or you hear the ambiant chatter of customers from other side of the wall. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable and helpful, encouraging and loving, and consistently offer a practice that's typically the greatest part of my day. Love y'all.

I signed up for the 30 days unlimited pass for $30 and I'm hooked! The teachers and other students are so welcoming and encouraging and I don't feel out of place, even though I had never practiced yoga consistently before coming to Pure Light. Will definitely be renewing and am excited to see continued improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being.

Love Carols Saturday morning beginners class. You should make this an ongoing class. I took the beginners class twice and was very satisfied. Not ready to venture to other classes. Carol keeps it simple and helps to modify moves that I am unable to do.

Today was my first class. Great class with Debby. Left feeling stronger and balanced. I would definitely do the $30 unlimited for first month instead of doing drop in rate. Feels like there’s a great community there and oat milk lates next door after class. Cheers!
