Go Yoga in Gahanna is a fantastic space for both newcomers and seasoned yogis. The studio boasts a welcoming atmosphere and a diverse class schedule that caters to all skill levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for classes. I particularly enjoyed the Power flow with weights * warm * hosted by Angela Brownfield. The sense of community is palpable, making it a great place to connect with others. Overall, Go Yoga is a top-notch studio that prioritizes wellness and mindfulness. Highly recommend checking it out!

I can’t say enough good things about GoYoga Gahanna. The community is inviting, the studio provides a great space to practice and the teachers give good instruction while also allowing room to explore. I’ve even had teachers spend time with me after class to help me refine some of the more challenging poses. So glad I found this studio.

It’s lots of fun at this studio. They also offer a wide variety of classes (including non-heated classes thankfully) so you can try different things.

I highly recommend trying Go Yoga in Gahanna! It is a beautiful, small studio where the instructors and other yogis feel like a supportive community. They offer many different types and levels of yoga so you can get what you need (flexibility, relaxation, power, core). I personally love that this studio offers Ashtanga classes to build your body and practice over time.

I love my Tuesday flows with Emily. She brings new life to standard poses in such a creative way.

Beware of signing any contract. While the actual yoga experience is good, the contract is terrible. Though it's not easy to find at all, in the fine print it states that you can't cancel your membership until you've been a member for at least 60 days, and after that, you need to give a minimum 60 days notice. This notice also has to be in person, and there's often no workers present. So essentially, we planned to sign up for a one month membership but are now roped into 4 months minimum, and the charge to terminate this contract is over $100. Some other negatives: Safety-There's rarely any workers there. Members just get in through a unique access code on the front door. But this was not working on several occasions, so the door was unlocked and literally anyone could walk into the building when there's no employee present. Towels-You have to use a special mat and towel that's $5 to rent each time on top of the membership. Last time we rented a towel from the dispenser, it was absolutely disgusting. Covered in hair and sweat. But since there were no workers present there was nothing that could be done.

As someone who loves a group class workout, but unable to go to a spot with limited class times, Hotworx makes working out super convenient for a working mom! Love that I can come on my time, 24/7 access and can always count on a good sweat when leaving the sauna!

In love with Hotworkx! As a busy single parent and professional, it’s often hard to find a yoga class that fits my schedule. At Hotworkx, classes run 24 hours a day so there is always a time that is convenient! The staff is very friendly and studio is always clean. Highly recommended!

Practicing at Rasa Yoga is wonderful. Heather is a wonderful and caring instructor. The ambiance is calming and wholesome along with the people that attend. I did a community day event Sunday, and just kept coming . I've done 5 practices this week and I feel amazing. No matter how I feel going in, when I walk out I am grounded and calm and aligned in truth.

Coming back to yoga was exactly the right thing for me. I have really appreciated the whole experience of going to the studio - that puts me in a different frame of mind and lets me totally present during whichever class. I'm able to detach from the "home" and "work" stress and focus on my wellbeing. I'm also noticing that my neck is more flexible. For so long when I would try to stretch it to the left or right shoulder it would hurt with the least amount of stretch... now it stretches much farther and it doesn't hurt - it stretches.

Amazing teachers, inclusive, supportive atmosphere I have sampled several classes at Rasa and each teacher left me feeling relaxed, more in tune with myself, and ready for more. And the physical effects last long after class.

So glad I went!! It’s a class I had been wanting to checkout for a while and just started doing yoga more recently. After receiving Reiki 1 and 2 attunements a couple months ago, I’ve been more drawn than ever to hone in on my own energy. Educate myself on working with my energy fields, etc. The chanting was great, also something I’ve recently been wanting to try out. My time to come here aligned with the stars, will be back for another class. Thanks Daryush
