Best Yoga Studio near Freeport, Pennsylvania

Kristen, the owner, and everyone who works at Numa Yoga have created such a beautiful, welcoming environment. Attending yoga classes here is one of the highlights of my week. The classes and the space are lovely, and I always leave feeling so much better physically and mentally than when I arrived. I cannot recommend this studio enough!

Numa Yoga is such a welcoming, beautiful space. The owner is so intentional, creative, and helpful. The practice at this studio is for all levels and abilities. Every time I go I feel like I’ve done something good for my body, heart, and mind. I’m so happy to have this amazing studio in our small town!

I am so thankful this studio opened up in Freeport! The space is beautiful and the heated vinyasa classes are what was missing from my life. Instructors are great and the owner is very friendly & welcoming. Plenty of metered parking available on the streets. Reasonable and fair pricing for a drop in class, or a class package.
