Best Yoga Studio near Fair-oaks, California

Came here on the trial period and it was so amazing as someone here temporarily on a work trip to quickly feel at home. Quite the community here. I felt empowered to take charge of my health and woke up early for classes even when I’m prone to sleeping in. The instructors are so much fun and so helpful. Everyone should not sleep on this studio.

I was traveling through town for work. I'm so lucky I found this yoga studio. They have a terrific introductory student rate, a sense of community, laughter, and big big heart. I wish I had a place like this to go to in NY. Every single teacher is so different, and so dedicated in sharing their knowledge.

The class instructors are all very good The schedule is excellent the location is convenient friendly environment highly recommend the two weeks all you can do yoga special for $20 first time clients.

Just passing through Carmichael and decided to go try the yoga on Sunday at the Yoga Annex. It was very gentle, calming, peaceful, and restorative, pretty much all the yummy yoga poses. If you are looking for intensity this is not your class. I practice hot yoga in Sedona which is more intense. So after a long drive taking a gentle class was just the medicine my body needed. I know most yoga studios charge for a mat, this one provides everything you need. So that made going to the class very easy. I didn’t have my mat or blocks or any of my yoga stuff so I really appreciated being able to come in and use their equipment. The studio is also very clean and so is the equipment they provide. At $10 a class this studio provides a incredible service to the community. Becky was the teacher of the gentle yoga class on Sundays . She has a very calming voice perfect if you are trying to relax. This seemed like a class where a lot of regulars attend, so I recommend coming a little earlier than expected to check in. I have to add that I love the fountain in the yoga room it provides this beautiful water sound that is so relaxing. If you are passing by or live near Carmichael I highly recommend this studio. A+

OMG, my first yoga session ever today and I feel amazing. This was an introductory class so it was fairly easy stretches and holds, however by the time this 60 year old guy was done with the 1:15 minute session, I felt like I was floating. Our instructor was Elise and she did a fantastic job of making sure we were in the proper positions and getting the most from our stretches. The atmosphere was great and everyone there was super friendly. I hope I've found a new home in yoga. Oh yes, they also have a meditation center a mile or two away that I plan to visit next!

I've been going 2 times a day for almost a month now. Their classes are consistent, their teachers well-trained in the poses and modifications, and they are all genuinely nice people. They always encourage the class to listen to their own bodies. I've met a lot of really neat and genuine people among the teachers and the learners. Truly a treasure!

I love this new annex. Lotus Garden has always been a quality studio with great yoga teachers who cater to a variety of levels. Here, it's true that everyone can do yoga. The vibe in the new studio is great. And as always, the teachers are knowledgeable, caring, and fun. Try it out if you aren't a diehard fan already!

The Lotus Garden yoga Annex has a great space, and was easy to find. Sacramento is my home away from home and I always look forward to visiting the Lotus Garden and taking classes from the diverse group of instructors. I really enjoyed my morning class which set the tone for the rest of my day. Always a treat to flow with the Lotus Garden yoga!
