I absolutely love this studio! Having been to many corepower facilities in a few different states and cities, I can easily say the Encinitas crew is my favorite. All of the instructors are super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable, and the vibe here is unmatched! Been coming here for two years and counting, I highly recommend becoming part of the CorePower community :)

Love this studio and all of the instructors. Hot yoga isn't for everyone so luckily there are classes here for beginners and even super advanced yogis. They have great workshops, the studio is extremely clean and all of the instructors are expertly trained and absolutely love teaching and practicing. The HPF is class is perfect if you really want to sweat all of your toxins out, C2 is great for intermediate yogis and sculpt is great for those who want to incorporate weights into their flow.

I live out of state, but Soul of Yoga has been a wonderful place for me to feel like family. Even though they offer an extensive array of high-quality classes and workshops, it’s their global meditation sessions that I’ve enjoyed the most. These gatherings bring together like-minded people in a truly healing space, not only for personal growth but also for raising global consciousness during challenging times. I highly recommend Soul of Yoga to anyone seeking a place of connection and spiritual growth!

Jonathan's classes at Soul of Yoga are a beacon of light in a world that feels like it's gone mad. Clear and careful practice is matched with clear and caring cuing. His energy for the practice and the science of yoga is deep, pure and sacred. I don't know if there's ever been a single class of Jonathan's where I haven't shed a tear or more letting go of some physically held emotions. If I could do this yoga every day for the rest of my life, it wouldn't be time enough. I leave class every time feeling becalmed, aligned, and connected to the deep honor and beauty of being alive.

Merry’s Restorative Yoga Class w/ candlelight and sound healing was amazing. I found this class to be very relaxing and peaceful. Yoga poses are fewer but intentional as you focus on becoming in harmony with your mind and body. A perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I especially enjoyed the soothing atmosphere and the different sound healing components. Studio is beautiful and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to returning for this and other classes.

I stayed in San Diego for over a month and visited this studio a few times. It was definitely my favorite yoga studio that I tried during my stay because they mix up the classes. I love going to a restorative class that also has sound bowls, some theme, or intention behind the class. Parking is easy. Worth the drive. I also enjoy their card decks at the main desk. Those can be fun to pull when you come. Highly recommend.

I've done yoga classes at several studios around Encinitas and Solana Beach and YogaBox is my favorite. It's not all traditional yoga, a lot of it is has cardio and is kind of like aerobics, I guess. Whatever, it's really great. All the instructors are awesome and the other participants are great. Overall I'd describe YogaBox as "fun and low stress."

This gym is for lazy people like me who can’t motivate on their own. Brian and the other class leaders are great at assessing their clients needs and taking them to the next level and beyond. I just don’t think the other gyms offer this kind of personalized fitness in a consistent and progressive manner. I’m excited to try out the yoga and stretching classes

Housing more than excellent instructors and amazing humans radiating positivity. I always come out reinvigorated from any Yoga Sculpt class. On the plus side, there is a wide offering of classes ranging from gentle yoga, hot yoga to fitness and strength training. Not every class is heated. A true community versus the usual transactional gym or studio.

Asteya is a top studio. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and have practiced at over 50 studios around the US and overseas. Asteya is one of the best by far. Great facilities, great teachers, good hot studio and a variety of other classes and good clean locker room a showers. Most of all a really great owner and community of people.

Transformative Yoga Journey with Missy in Encinitas After over a year of practicing under the guidance of Missy, I recently had the pleasure of joining her at her new, fabulous studio in Encinitas. It's not just a yoga class; it's a transformative journey that Missy masterfully curates. What sets Missy apart is her dedication to teaching the proper form of yoga. It's not merely about the poses; it's about embracing the classical training that leaves you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and truly connected with yourself. Each session with Missy is a learning experience, ensuring that the techniques and principles of yoga become a part of your practice for life. Missy's teaching style is rigorous, yet there's an undeniable warmth and love that permeates her classes. She views yoga as a sacred experience, far beyond a simple stretching routine. It's this philosophy that makes her classes profoundly impactful. She pushes you to explore the depths of your practice, challenging you to deepen your poses and breathe through the discomfort. It's in these moments of being stretched and challenged that I've found the greatest growth, not just in my yoga practice but in my approach to life's challenges. Missy's love for her students and her practice is evident in every class. She's not just a teacher; she's a mentor who guides you through a transformative process. Her dedication to the sacred experience of yoga makes each session a journey worth embarking on. To anyone seeking to deepen their yoga practice and explore its true essence, Missy's studio in Encinitas is the place to be. It's more than just yoga; it's a community where you're challenged, supported, and loved. Missy is indeed a beloved teacher, and it's under her guidance that I've learned to embrace the depth of yoga and carry its lessons into every aspect of my life.

Excellent hot yoga studio in the heart of Encinitas offering 26-2 hatha yoga and vinyasa classes. The classes offer an effective blend of discipline, encouragement, and inspiration. The skilled teachers are passionate about yoga, welcoming to beginners, and know how to manage the heat / humidity / air in the studio to make the classes very challenging yet accessible. This studio is highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience a hot yoga practice to boost mobility, fitness, and overall health. Stepping out of class directly into the Encinitas sunshine and fresh ocean breeze is… GOOD!

True to its name. I love this place. The aesthetics are clean and beautiful. The instructors are super sweet and have amazing energy. I loved taking the owner Missys class. It's rare that you find the spirit of Yoga in hot Yoga studios and I felt it here. I am more into traditional Yoga and have a serious practice, so I tend to be pickier in my choices of where I take classes and this places feels so GOOD to me. This is my new go to spot for Heated Yoga and am excited to see all the evolution and beauty that is sure to transpire here. Check them out you'll be happy you did.
