I decided to stop in for a yoga class today & it was amazing!! Karen has beautiful energy, led at a wonderful pace, & the space itself has such a serene energy. I left feeling refreshed & excited to return!! Not many studios offer later evening classes so I can’t wait to make this a regular place to enjoy some zen every week. 😊
