Enjoyed my time here. I attended the PattiBus, and one of the stops was balance & flow. It was the perfect ending to a high movement high impact day. The stretching and yoga flow as relaxing and provided reflection of the importance of self care. The instructors voice was soothing, and the other helped push past my limit by gently pressing down on me and whispering, "Let go." I needed that, and I did... I let go.

This place of peace and safety. One of thee best Yoga and Healing spaces in Detroit. I have tons of gratitude for the owners and employee here. It always LOVE and LIGHT So many healing modalities, You should definitely try them out. Keep Healing Detroit See Yawl Soon

I enjoyed the aerial yoga class. It was a good workout. The teacher was nice and very helpful. I will definitely go back to try other classes.

One of the best yoga studios I have ever been to!! The classes are fun and not like traditional yoga..both instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable. They have flexible hours and affordable prices!!! Great energy and environment!!!❤️ You won’t be disappointed!!
