Nancy is great! I love the 5:45 am class!

Oxana didn’t let me into her 7am strength class because I’m pregnant. She questioned if my doctor had cleared me and told me she didn’t need me to modify as she expected me to stay on pace with the rest of the class. Thankfully I was able to go to a sculpt class on Colorado Boulevard and the teacher was amazing. Shoutout Stephanie. I called customer service and asked if there was a written policy against pregnant women practicing in class, there is not. I’ve been practicing throughout my pregnancy and my body, baby, and mind have truly benefited until this situation this morning. I’ll be canceling my membership after 4 years.

This studio was my first ever yoga studio experience when I was a teenager. I moved away for many years and have just recently returned to Denver and went by the Broadway studio and fell in love all over again. It is the epitome of peace and healing and kindness and wellness! Different people working there after all this time, of course, but I feel so grateful to have met them at this point in my life. It feels like such a healing, full circle. A loving review is the least I can do. I am excited to spend the Summer and Fall here at this location, strengthening my body, mind and spirit. "Rejuvenated" is the word that keeps coming to mind. All the best to every body, wherever you may be in your journey of self xx

I have come here for years and everyone is always friendly, and the classes are good. Most recently been taking Sarah’s C2 class on Monday and it’s so good!

I am a member of CorePower because I live down the street. I go to the Broadway studio and I want to like it SO bad but the classes are hit or miss, super corporate, and need quality control. Some teachers are amazing and some should not be teaching. The website says that their C2 class is "set to an energizing playlist and the sweat level is 2/3." I have been to many C2 classes where the heat is barely on and the music is turned down to an awkwardly low level. (The teacher of the last class I took, ended class 10 min early). I have reached out to their corporate office with no response and it's not possible to get in touch with the individual managers of each studio, so I don't think my concerns are being heard. I would much rather talk to someone in charge than leave a public review. I suggest paying attention to when a class has consistently low attendance... it is probably for a reason.

A divine space filled with beautiful wood flooring and woodwork design. I hosted an event there and everyone loved it so much. You can feel all the love and intention that went into the creation and build out. This magical space brought my vision to life featuring dance workshops, dj lineup, sound healing, performances, vendors, interactive fashion experience, elixirs, food. Grateful to work with such an amazing staff and space at The Yoga Center of Denver.

I'm so happy I found this studio! These are the best yoga classes I've taken, and I love the variety of classes offered at different times that accommodate my work schedule. It's a very welcoming, calming space - not intimidating at all. I just purchased a class pack and am excited to start coming more regularly.

I drove down from Boulder to attend class at the Yoga Center of Denver and it was as great as I heard it to be. I loved the layout, the multiple themed rooms, the woodwork, aesthetic, vibe… I heard the owner and her husband spent several years building it out and they did all the interior design and construction themselves, just wow! You can feel their hearts in the space. And the teacher Sarah Zupek was so attuned, radiant, grounded, and clear. Not to mention her super skillful lead up to the peak pose. She prepared us perfectly for it. I was blown away by how unaffected the studio is by the construction out front. It’s wild to go from outside to inside…a complete juxtaposition of experience. That says a lot about a studio… I highly recommend!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! First time visiting YCD and WOW! An incredibly beautiful and warm facility. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I chose the Aerial Yoga class and it was very well done. Excellent instruction with attention to posture and safety!

The yoga classes are great. The instructors are knowledgeable. The space is fantastic. Let me tell you where 2 stars comes from… First of all when you’re sick don’t show up. When you’re getting over a sickness, don’t show up. When you think you might be sick, don’t show up. If one of your kids is sick, but you’re not sick yet… Don’t show up! I’ve been a Fitness and yoga instructor for 21 years and that is always been priority number one. When the instructor is sick, we don’t make money. When the students are sick, we don’t make money! The instructors at the yoga center of Denver, have an obligation to keep their students safe and healthy when they enter their classroom when someone is coughing kindly ask them to leave. It is not rude. It is not unkind. Everyone in the class will be grateful that you did it. Do not ask them to “get into a tight circle”for a deeper spiritually positive whoo whoo connection. If someone wants to distance themselves, they have their reasons! And what’s unique about this place is that its classrooms are so big that in some classes, the students can spread out and have a safe distance from breathing other peoples potentially sickness. The instructors here need to take advantage of that! With that said, the woman who was coughing next to me, gave me sinusitis and pneumonia. I imagine there being more than one person in that class who contracted this! It’s brutal. Worse than Covid… And I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It’s flu season. Be better

Ohhh yoga box… how I love her. The instructors are top notch, music always slays and the classes hit the spot every time. I walk in feeling one way and leave feeling rejuvenated, strong and like I’ve had a killer workout. I love the sculpt classes the most because it feels like the most efficient workout I could possibly do without doing anything that could hurt my body, but the flow classes are also incredible. You can’t go wrong!! 11/10

I've been to this YB location over a dozen times now and I love it every time. Big fan of the Recovery Restore classes after a weekend of activity. Abbie and Lauren are great teachers as well. The few times I've done hot yoga were great. Will keep coming back!

Yoga Box has a great intro program - you get 3 free classes to try out different instructors and styles. My favorite is the power vinyasa flow. This location also has parking included and ample locker rooms.

I love yoga box on Broadway. First when I started going there I wasn't quite sure about it because the heat wasn't working and it was not publicly addressed/we were not informed before coming to class. That kind of defeated the purpose of hot yoga. But since it has been fixed it's great. I love the variety of teachers, I can walk to the studio from my apartment. Though parking could be improved a little. Not much parking available.

I am brand new to yoga and have been going to Brooke's Power Flow Vinyasa at the Broadway location the last several weeks. Brooke is a great instructor, I can move at my own pace and receive guidance if needed. While doing simpler poses, Brooke also encourages students to try new things or what "feels right". The class seems to be packed with regulars, definite plus in showing how good the instructor is.
