Breath of Life. Exactly as stated. Audrey welcomed me to my 1st Yoga Class. The power flow class was something I nervous about. Audrey built confidence in me with her patience and passion. I Left breath of life with relief within myself. Due to the experience I look forward to making this apart of my routine and visiting breath of life in the future. Thank you Audrey

I've been attending here for about 6 months 3 to 4 times a week now, and its awesome! All of the instructors are patient, helpful, knowledgeable and very encouraging. In the time that I've been attending I have lost weight, my lower back no longer hurts, my right hip and my shoulder impingement are both healing very well. I've been lucky enough to take classes fron Audrey ( Owner) Michaela, Ashley and Sarah D. All 4 instructors have their own style which are able to get you to health in different ways. If you have never been to Yoga this is the perfect place to start and if you are a Yoga guru this is the place.to continue your growth.

I've done yoga before but have never been to a proper yoga studio. All of the instructors are very nice and create a welcoming enviornment. Love the style of each class and the scented moist towels are the best part. Would reccomend to anyone interested in yoga!

I recently decided to try this local yoga studio. I did the introductory $10 for the first 10 days and tried a few different classes within that time frame. Every single instructor I met greeted me with open arms and were very kind and inviting. Classes have plenty of space, and the studio is clean and lovely. My only complaint/hesitation into signing up for an ongoing monthly package is the heat. The power yoga is apparently heated, and even though the classes I took were listed as not heated, the studio remained very hot from the power yoga class, and I do not tolerate heat very well. I almost passed out during my first class and had to leave early. For now I will just drop in here and there as I truly long to become consistent with yoga. But I wish there was something to be done with the heat.

For the past 5 years, I’ve vacationed in Denver 8 times. and every trip Yoga is self-mandatory.Not having the city Studios this time, I was nervous. I was staying in Brighton, So I was happy that there was a studio nearby my place. But I was completely drawn to because as a new person, I paid $10 for 10 days. It was a perfect situation for me -a loyal Colorado tourist. The studio is definitely different than the ones in the city and at YMCAs. The studio has a more friendly neighborhood vibe. Everyone seems to know each other, a lot of regulars in the class (actually my cousin isa regular), but everyone was welcoming to myself and my brother, my Yogi sidekick. they had early morning classes, which was perfect for us (especially coming from the east coast). My brother, cousin and I are at different Yogi levels yet we could all do the same class. Its a wonderful studio. A place that is warm, welcoming, and safe to be me and my Yogi level. I do plan on returning in the spring for a vacation, and with that yoga. Always gotta do yoga while on vacation!

I came to Aly as a true beginner to yoga. She has turned my insecurities into confidence! She has a very calming presence, and her studio is so comfortable. She really listens to what individual goals you have, and caters each session appropriately...and her breathing techniques and meditation really prepare me for my week ahead! It is a true blessing that I found her!

Aly is an amazing instructor that fills the room with calmness and positivity. I highly recommend her restorative yoga class. It is created for all levels of students, and easily adapted by Aly throughout the session as well. Each class is a little different that includes extended poses and breathwork.

I've been doing yoga with Aly for the past few weeks and have never felt so calm and relaxed after yoga. I have not approached the practice in this way before and it has been a great way to unwind and relax in the evening. I can feel the calmness all throughout my body. I am doing it virtually and have been able to follow along and do the poses with no issue. I highly recommend Aly.
