Since moving to TX, Flow yoga has been a wonderful addition to my daily routine. I have added yoga back into my life and feel so much energized and relaxed. I love Flow yoga due to the variations in each class for all levels to feel comfortable in their own practice. This gives me an opportunity to try a new style of workouts and allows me to explore different movements. The best yoga studio in my life!

Flow Yoga Cedar Park has been a wonderful place for me to start yoga. The ambiance is bright, clean, inviting and best of all the teachers and students are very welcoming. It has a sense of community which is rare with students encouraging each other. There are a variety of styles to try and find the ones that work for you. The classes have never been overcrowded. Highly recommend Flow Yoga!

I am so glad my friend introduced me to Flow Yoga. I attend classes at the Cedar Park location. I love how tall the ceiling in the large room is. The place is welcoming and relaxing. The biggest draw for me to join Flow Yoga is its affordability + it is where my friend goes, so she keeps me accountable. :)

I took my first class at Cedar Park for free on Community Day and now I love Flow Yoga. They have seven different classes of varying intensity and the teachers are great! The convenient schedule throughout the day allows me to choose a class on any day depending on my available time. Another benefit of Flow Yoga that I didn't immediately notice is that there is no cancellation fee. I appreciate the friendly attitude. The atmosphere at Cedar Park location is very comfortable and relaxing, and thanks for the delicious ginger tea every day!

My colleagues and I recently attended an Aerial Yoga class at Mooshine Yoga, and it was an incredible experience! The unique expertise of the owners and instructors truly sets this place apart. They were all amazing—extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Mooshine Yoga offers a wide variety of classes, catering to different difficulty levels, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. If you’re looking for a unique and supportive environment to practice yoga, I highly recommend giving Mooshine Yoga a try!

We loved Ariel yoga with Smile! The class was a great pace and she was so good at explaining the moves to us group of newbies. We had a great time, highly recommend!

My daughter took an Aerial Yoga camp here for a week and she absolutely loved it. Not her first time trying aerial but she expressed that she enjoyed learning so many new things here just on a daily! The instructors seemed great and engaged the kids well from what I hear!

Moonshine Yoga is a hidden gem in Cedar Park, Austin, Texas. I am a yoga instructor of more than 10 years experience and personally know the owner of Moonshine Yoga. After studying the yoga studios around the area and practicing in Moonshine Yoga, I can put a few objective comments about this studio. 1. Sufficient parking right in front of the studio (right, we are in Texas). 2. The reception area is small but friendly and clean. There are free water fountain, tea, and coffee. This reminds me of having chai after Ashtanga Mysore practice every morning. 3. There are two rooms for practice and both are clean, soundproof, bright, and even provide clean towels (you will need them for the sweat). 4. Both rooms have bathrooms and they are very clean. Many of you may not have experience with old yoga studios and believe me, you will appreciate this. 5. The instructors are friendly and pleasant. 6. The owner, Smile, is very friendly. She has a strong practice and is familiar with various styles of yoga. She also teaches in the studio. This is important because she can create different offerings to tailor to the needs of the community. She emphasizes that Moonshine is a yoga studio that put the community first and will not allow any drama. (Believe me, I have been to many yoga studios and it is important to do it right from top to bottom). Bottom line: If you are a beginner and want to learn about yoga and improve your mental or physical condition, then this is the place because the staff is friendly and willing to help. If you are a seasoned practitioner and looking for a place to practice, this is the place because the owner will understand your needs. If you are looking for a less cooperative type of yoga studio, then this is the place because the owner emphasizes growing the studio organically by putting the needs of the community and students first.

Moonshine Yoga has been a great studio for me to receive guidance in my practice. The studio gives a community focused vibe with amazing teachers who show up for their students everyday. Really love the Ashtanga classes led by Smile the owner, also lots of great events and workshops.

I was surprised to see I was the only one who signed up for the class but more shocked (and appreciative) that Kendall R. (the instructor) did not cancel class because of this! Great sculpt session due to thoroughness of the instructor and providing various modifications if needed. I bounce back between the cedar park and triangle location and I definitely prefer this location more better due to cleanliness (doesn’t smell like BO or sweaty people) and intimate setting of class size. Also, the instructors for the sculpt classes have been unmatched.

Took a yoga sculpt class with Kate and one with Marianne and both classes were SO GOOD! the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. In regards to the previous comments I haven’t gotten any classes canceled on me but if I do I’d prolly be bummed but also understanding that this is the time we live in right now where a lot of staff don’t commit, I still recommend Core Power, you’ll definitely get a great workout from the sculpt class!

I took yoga sculpt here and liked it. But the schedule is for people who don’t work jobs that typically are 8-5. I wish they had a sculpt class that was before work (like 6am or 615). Or right after work (5 or 530). But the schedule is catering towards a different type of client than my schedule allows me the flexibility to attend. (Class at 9am). But great space. Good teachers. Reco. Put a 6/615 weekday sculpt class that is consistent and doesn’t constantly change time or get cancelled. Morning workout people are consistent. Trust the process.

The instructors are great and friendly! I’ve been to other corepower locations in town and I can see why this one might not compare. The class I attended was bright white and had all the lights on which can be too much. The other locations have dimmer amber light and it’s more relaxing on the eyes.

First time and didnt even get to go inside. Arrived for a 6am class and could not get in the door. The door was locked and I knew someone was inside the studio because I could see a figure moving behind the frosted glass. I was knocking on the door in the cold and Nothing! They must've locked the door right before I got there. Seriously!? Ya'll should leave the door open!! I've gone to other studios early in the morning and they leave the door open even when classes are in session. I hope someone gets back to me and refunds my credits on class pass. Edit: Will mention that I was just late by 1 minute. Arrived at precisely 6:01. In case anyone gets back to me saying it was because I was tardy. 1 minute isn't a reason to not let people in the door.
