My brother bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. The guy at the front desk was so welcoming and nice. My massage was amazing and so relaxing I will definitely be treating myself to another one soon.

I was gifted a massage for Mother’s Day. I’ve been to Cloud 9 countless times and always have a great experience. This one truly takes the cake. I am a physical therapist and I developed severe pain in my dominant thumb the day before my massage. Before my massage, I spoke to my LMT Simone and explained the pain I was in. Simone adjusted my massage (with my permission) and worked on my thumb for a good portion of the session. She went the extra mile to meet my needs. As I type this the next morning, I am nearly pain free. Simone was AMAZING! A true champion of customer service and expert in her field, I am so grateful!!!! Thank you Simone!

Amazing massage at Relax on Cloud 9 ! I’ve been coming here for years and was gifted a massage certificate and I’m so grateful that I had Sandra today she was absolutely wonderful, thorough and fluid!! Throughout the years I’ve had many massages at different places and by far Sandra is the best! Thank you again! 😊🙏🏼

It was my first time at Cloud 9. I have a wonderful experience. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. I got an age smart facial with Brittany and she explained the process of the facial and her voice was extremely soothing. The room was cozy, I was able to relax so much that when it was over I felt as if I had spaghetti legs!

Went to Claudia for some discomfort on my quads. She was excellent. Friendly and firm. Asked me how the session was going throughout the hour and my muscles now feel extremely relaxed. The nature of my job involves a lot of running and I can't afford to be tight and in pain so she was really good on working out the kinks that I was suffering from The place is quiet, clean and the women who took my intake were friendly. I was told they have been in the business for over 30 years. I am not surprised! Thank you, Cloud 9
