My friend and I were interested in getting into yoga and so we came to this studio to try it out! Right off the bat, the instructors were SO kind and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Not only are the instructors amazing, but the community here is unreal. Everyone is here to uplift and support each other. I look forward to every single class I have here. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I just attended Sunday night’s power yoga. I would highly recommend this instructor practice her cueing and calling out the poses by their names. I’ve practiced yoga for over 10 years in multiple cities since I travel for work. I would not recommend this class especially for beginners for safety purposes. Also, this class did not give options for yogis who are further in their practice.

Have been doing the 11:15 Saturday classes for a few months now! All of the instructors are amazing. I just took my first class with Mandee and she was FANTASTIC! Did such a great job at motivating you and helping you bring your heart rate up and down.

After years and dozens of studios this one will always be my favorite and have a special place in my heart. The owner Laura and her hubby are so nice and caring. The studio is heated pretty evenly compared to others. And not to mention bikram yoga is just the best for my back pain. I don’t even live here anymore. But when I’m in town I make it a point to come support my favorite studio :).

Just Plain Yoga is hands down the most beautiful studio I have ever been a part of. The sense of community alone is enough to keep you coming back. The instructors and classes are for varying skill levels across the board. Truly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to practice alongside. Thank you!

I have been a regular student at Just Plain Yoga for years and cannot offer enough positive about comments about this studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and fun. There are a wide range of classes - for different levels, styles and schedules, while each class provides variations to suit individual needs. I love that the studio is true to its name; so all classes, while perhaps incorporating another similar or complementary focus, involve yoga philosophy. Well done!

A yoga practitioner since 1997, teacher since 2007, I love the community spirit at Just Plain Yoga. Every time I attend a class, I learn something new. The diversity of teachers is lovely and they are very sincere in their commitment to the students. The owner has been doing this business for 20 years! She does it well. Come as you are.

Absolutely love JPY! With the variety of classes I've been able to get back to practice after 3 years away. There's something for everyone and every level. Special offerings for meditation sound baths and reiki are wonderful. They don't just say they meet you where you are at but they live it. I love the welcoming and warm environment and have found a great tribe of people!

I have been searching for the perfect yoga studio....and I have finally found one that I absolutely LOVE! Such a great variety of classes. I have attended all 3 of them and they are all rewarding. I feel a difference mentally & physically instantly. Vicky is the best instructor that I have had by far. She's helpful, patient, always works with me at my own pace, and has the best yogi aura!! Highly recommend.

Full disclosure: I teach at this studio. That said, I can honestly say that there is no studio in which you will feel more welcomed and respected. Om My Yoga is the place for you to practice if: ~You are new to yoga and want to be guided by teachers who are ready to help you find ways to make the poses accessible. ~While not yoga therapy, per se, you are looking for a therapeutic yoga experience that will nourish your body, mind and soul. ~You are a seasoned practitioner, or even a yoga teacher, and you want to recharge your batteries in an non-competitive environment where you will be challenged and have the opportunity to deepen your practice. ~You are interested in becoming a yoga teacher yourself. Om My Yoga Academy runs a 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training program that has graduated well over 100 students. It's an experience of deep personal growth that takes place within a incredibly supportive, loving group--everyone having their own unique experience while sharing the journey together. You'll learn about the physical practice of yoga, as well as the other "limbs" what are practiced both on and off the mat. Om My Yoga offers a wide variety of classes--vinyasa and yin yoga, dance barre, aerial yoga and pilates reformer, as well as special event classes like Yoga Nap (nidra). There are yoga classes seven days a week, morning and evening. So there really is something for everyone!

I always feels warm and welcome at Om My Yoga. It’s not just some sterile gym type atmosphere. The mood here is warm and hOMey. Plus all the teachers here are experts at their practice. Grateful this studio is a part of our community. Seriously, if you’re serious about yoga, and follow the 8 limbed path, this is the place for you. 🫶🏼
