Self care is Vital & this Studio supports it! I am beyond impressed with all of the classes and the instructors. The studio is very welcoming and is absolutely beautiful. I love positive energy and enjoy being around others that are! Natalie is great about explaining all of the classes and I must say Aerial Yoga is for EVERYONE! it was my first experience and I love it! ❤️

I had my first yoga class this morning and it was amazing. The atmosphere, the instructor, and the class were all wonderful. I am excited to go back and try some of the other classes that are offered.

Whether you're new to yoga or a pro this is the studio for you. The space is warm and inviting and the instructors are fantastic and welcoming. I've always been a "closet" yoga-er (AKA YouTube in my living room) and attending an in person class here was the best thing I could have done! Nothing compares to the feeling of peacefulness and energy you get from attending a class. If your self confidence or fear of judgement has ever held you back from attending in person fitness this is the place for you!!

We enjoyed our time here! The instructor was friendly, helpful and created a good environment for everyone to learn. I loved the sound healing session with bowls towards the end accompanied by this eye pillow infused with oils giving an aromatherapy moment while we relaxed. Will definitely be coming back again. Also, this is a coed space, so guys are welcomed as I’m told! My husband tagged along and he enjoyed it!!

I found The Groovy Yoga Studio while I was looking for Quartz Singing Bowls sound baths near me. I was so excited to find a sound bath only 8 minutes away from my home. I did some "stalking" on facebook, read all the google reviews and took a good look at their website. I loved everything I saw and it made me comfortable going for the sound bath. It was Amazing. Mary was performing that night. As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed. Knowing Yoga is a great practice but I never was really strongly interested. After finding this place and being there, I really started thinking about it. I'm in my 50's after all, I don't consider myself flexible. I have noticed I feel stiff, rigid. Its isn't the most comfortable for me being on the floor. Aerial yoga solved problem of being uncomfortable on the floor and they had the perfect class for me. I started taking the Aerial Restore (very low impact and easy for someone like me that's new to yoga) class on Monday evenings with Natalie. She does an amazing job verbally explaining how to move your body with the support of the silks... of course I still had to peek outside the silk to make sure I was doing it right :-D I have had the opportunity to meet a few of the teachers there and all of them are super friendly and welcoming. These ladies at The Groovy Yoga Studio and the place itself gave me a place where I feel comfortable and welcome and offer a non judgmental environment. I am so thankful for having such a great place to help me bring movement and flexibility- back in my body.
