I love the classes so far. I enjoy the heat, humidity a lot. I am a beginner but I enjoy the flows and crave to go back the next day.

I hadn’t been to an in-studio hot yoga class since 2020 and my experience at Empower Yoga was excellent. The studio is clean and the teachers are wonderful! Definitely recommend ❤️

My wife invited me to Empower Yoga for their 20th Anniversary. I was nervous at first since I didn't know what to expect; did I mention it was hot yoga; yikes! Instructor Eileen did a wonderful job going through the different poses and kept a good pace for beginners like myself. Looking forward to my next class at Empower Yoga!

everyone here is wonderful, I wanna send my special thanks to Hayley, for someone who did not believe in yoga, her guidance and calm yet firm voice grounded me in that one hour. “A relaxed body is a powerful body”, I love it 💝

Fantastic new space for the yoga studio formerly known as Purple Door and Green Tea Yoga before that. They have a new student deal - $25 for a week of unlimited classes and their instructors are fantastic! Great space and there is parking though it's not obvious so you'll have to get info about it online.

I think this place is the best yoga studio on the North Shore (and perhaps beyond). The classes are safe, physical, and nurturing. The teachers are extremely knowledgable and friendly. My particular favorites are Maggie, Andrew, and Mark.

Fantastic to finally attended Maggies 1st class at the GTY studio since Covid restrictions. 100% a clean/safe setup from entrance, bathroom, studio mat space. There is nothing better in my yoga practice than to hear Maggie giggle! Great job Maggie. Glad to be back PS Attended Julie's class Friday. As usual, Julie weaved her yoga magic.

I took my first class with Maggie. I'm a 61 year old male and found it challenging and comforting at the same time. I was't sure what to expect at first. Being a old athlete I love a challenge. The first 40 minutes was a real test for me. I didn't realize that i would be sweating like i just ran 3 miles. Then the last 20 minutes was therapeutic and spiritual.I will be back since i signed up for 3 classes which to me is a bargain.Thank you Maggie you are awesome.

Went in as a total beginner (my second yoga class ever) and had a great experience. Will be returning.
