WOW!!! I just had the most amazing experience with Isa. She is such a phenomenal yoga instructor. If you have a chance, definitely go to one of her class.

I have been going to the Center for Health and Healing for 19 years . I started at a free class that a friend asked me to attend. I kept going and it was the best decision I made. I feel healthy and fit. Dawn, the owner is always available and pleasant to deal with. Dawn teaches at the studio and hires the best instructors to teach also. Give it a try and you too will be empowered to lead a healthy lifestyle.

My mom and I both got massages from Ashley, and it was the best experience ever! She was super attentive to our needs and asked all of the right questions! The place was very clean! Ashley’s massage was honestly the best massage I have ever gotten! Will definitely be coming back as a regular!

Beautiful studio with amazing yoga instructors and massage therapists. Dawn the center's owner is a truly gifted instructor and amazing person. The staff is friendly and helpful, the studio has an awesome vibe. Lots of classes to choose from ranging from beginner to advanced. I can't say enough good things about it, I highly recommend!!

Great yoga studio!! Multiple classes for any schedule. Teachers are great and so helpful. Whether you’re a new student or advanced yogi they will modify classes as needed. I always look forward to coming here. Best yoga studio I’ve tried.
