I'm sure maybe their Yoga is decent, but any business owners that have full grown adults outside their business dresser at hotdogs at 7:30pm at night on Halloween throwing candy AT cars is not worth business. What you were thinking? Not only is it dangerous, you could have cracked a windshield even with "only a KitKat" as you yelled at us from that distance. Being DRUNK isn't an excuse and what you were doing was illegal. You should be ashamed of yourselves as adults and I will be calling the police tonight. I left a voicemail and if you want to dispute the review you're welcome to call me back and issue an apology. Grow up and conduct yourselves as professionals. It wasn't a parade, we weren't kids, we were driving a vehicle. *Update*. I appreciate that you responded on here, but I left you a voicemail the night of, and stated on here if you wanted to dispute the review call and apologize. Your comment didn't even take accountability.. you said "You created and unexpected experience for us." ... You threw candy at a moving vehicle what did you think the experience would be for us?? I am not interested in what your intentions were, I care about your actions . If you took accountability for your improper actions you would have reached out and apologized for them, not posted a comment on here barely addressing it. We have the whole event recorded on dashcam, it was very clear it wasn't spreading any joy.

If you are considering trying or resuming a yoga practice, Kula Heart is your place! They have amazing instructors who teach at beginner and intermediate levels, along with restorative yoga and various workshops. In addition, massage therapy is fantastic! I have been attending classes for about 8 years and receiving massages for the past 6 years. Love, love, love Kula Heart

I was tired of feeling stressed out, so I decided to give yoga a try. I didn't have a ton of previous experience, so I signed up for a beginner class with no grand expectations. Safe to say that first class with a funny, welcoming, unpretentious instructor in a beautiful garden hooked me! A year later I attend classes twice a week and am much better at managing my stress. I also give Kula partial credit for me achieving my weight loss goals since practice has helped improve my strength and flexibility. Thank you Denise, Jen, all the wonderful staff and my fellow yogis at Kula for nurturing my new love of yoga!

Had my first class in over 10 years with Denise tonight. I have a pre-existing injury and she was so thoughtful in showing concern and helping me figure out the best and safest ways to work with my limitation. The beginner class was perfect since it had been such a long time since I've done yoga. My intention was to be present and listen to my body. Denise made it easy to stay in the moment, and I felt super relaxed and comfortable with her leading the class. The stretches were also amazing! Just what I needed. I work out regularly and yoga reminded me of those muscles I forgot I had! Definitely a challenge to hold some of the poses! Love that! Will definitely be signing up for more classes, as I think it is a great addition to my regular workout routine.

Denise is excellent. My daughter and I started taking beginner classes together a few weeks ago. I have zero experience with yoga. Denise was great at explaining the how and why for different poses. It is fun learning something new and I definitely feel it will help me gain strength and flexibility along with reducing stress.
