Best Yoga Studio near Avon-by-the-sea, New-jersey

JSHY is seriously the best hot yoga studio around. I’ve been practicing there for over 13 years and I’ve seen my share of hot yoga studios come and go. None compare to JSHY in its energy, atmosphere, and community. Located blocks from the beach, the studio exudes an unpretentious laid back vibe where the instructors are chill, creative, and challenging. You’ll leave class with a relaxed mind and energized body.

Just took an awesome class. All of the teachers are all kind and competent. JSHY continues to maintain a super welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I have been practicing here for over 15 years. This space has challenged me and supported me through so much. The heat is second to none, the layout is perfect, the instructors are very knowledgeable and offer an amazing space to practice. They will guide you but encourage you to learn to be your own teacher and modify or expand in ways that work for you. The music is great and the different teachers present their own unique styles. Over the years this has become a great community but what’s even more special are the days you can show up without having pressure to interact or speak. You can come to stay in your lane and just work on yourself and leave with a glow and shed some layers and drop some of the background noise. This I haven’t found elsewhere. Every teacher here is welcoming and the classes are challenging. JSHY has been around for many years because they're passionate about helping others grow.

The few classes I took here when I lived closer to this studio were boring and way too hot. Oh also the owner, Ann, steals in her free time. Namaste.
