I had my first full body massage with Emily yesterday and it was heavenly! Emily is a wonderful guide for all that she does. She explains everything well and allows time to discuss hesitations and trouble areas. I have come to love the Zen loft, it is a safe and comforting place and I highly recommend going there for whatever your needs may be.

I love the Perch! Amy Jackson, the owner, is so kind and welcoming and makes this the perfect space to truly unwind and relax. I have attended yoga classes and retreats and they are always gentle, mindful, and exactly what I need to reset my stress. The new space the Perch is in, is so beautiful and spacious and the little store has so many cute and fun items to shop. If you haven’t checked out the Perch for yoga, a retreat or just to pop in and shop, I highly recommend!

Amy is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. Her craft is everything wellness, yoga, mindfulness, relaxation, journaling, artistic expression + the gentle calming of the soul. I was brought in by a bestie for a New Years Retreat right after my mother passed away + it was everything + then some that I could of needed + that which I didn't even know! Her retreats are comforting + just what the soul needs. Her space is perched over a gorgeous view of the riew + streets allowing for scenic views + her seating areas allow for reflection, meditation + contemplative journaling. I would highly, highly recommend Amy's space for anything wellness. I know for SURE I will be back + back over + over again! Thank you Dear Amy for sharing your gifts with the world!

Restorative yoga classes at The Perch have been such a gift to me! Amy is kind and thoughtful providing guidance throughout each class. The extra touches like a scented eye pack at the end of class to rest and restore are truly wonderful!

I started going to Aurora yoga center pre pandemic. I'm neurodiverse. And A survivor. I have complex post-traumatic stress disorder. I started going to yoga teacher training. I paid over 2k out of my small amount of money I was making at the time. I would save 200 bucks a month and pay them. During the pandemic they said that the teacher training would continue when things were better. The teacher training never finished. It was supposed to be a 500 hour 2 year program. I noticed that a fellow student, Rosa who was in the same class and hadn't graduated was teaching classes there when it was safe to have classes again. I had classes with Jeff and Lisa several times. And nothing happened. They never started up the teacher training. I had gone out of my way to find a beautiful place in Aurora so it was closer for teacher training. Needless to say I ended up having to move. Left with more trauma, And barely making ends meet. They specifically only took checks. There are no paper trails. They took advantage of me. And I'm sure I'm not the only one they took advantage of. Please like my comment or comment, if you specifically had similar experience. Feel free to message, email. (There will be some peaceful protests in the near future.) I'm still in the process of getting legal assistance. Gathering all of the copies of my checks. What was done was wrong and illegal. I want my 200 hour license that I deserve and paid for. And I want the money back for the extra hours for the 500 hour 2 year program I was paying for. I will not stop the fight. I was taken advantage of.

Today was my first time doing Yoga. I didn't know what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everybody was kind and very accommodating of my needs, as I suffer from Fibromyalgia. Everybody made me feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is starting their fitness journey. Really thankful I went there today!
