Best Yoga Studio near Allen, Texas

Love, love, love this place! It was my first time, but it will not be my last time. The atmosphere was very welcoming and calming. Natalie was very kind and attentive making sure that I felt comfortable, as she guided the class with clear instructions and offered modifications which made it easy for me to follow along. The session was the perfect balance of relaxation and challenge, and I left amazingly refreshed and centered. What a way to jumpstart my new year on January 1st! I highly recommend this studio and Natalie, for anyone whether you're new to yoga or experienced.

What a lovely place! It is homey and immaculate. I am in town on work and was feeling really stiff, stressed and tired. I went here for a one hour private restorative yoga class and it was great! Natalie is so kind and intuitive and just the perfect teacher. My pain is gone and I feel I can rest. Thank you Natalie! Looking forward to coming back and trying some classes.

Took a vinyasa class taught by Anne and it was great. Small group made for a more intimate setting, she was a good teacher and very kind. Really enjoyed my experience!

I’ve been doing yoga for 10+ years and can confidently say this is one of my favorite studios! I attend Anne’s weekly Vinyasa class and always enjoy her teaching and creative flows. Great for all levels. Looking forward to trying her yin class and seeing what the other teachers have to offer as well. Beautiful, sunny space — definitely a hidden gem!

I love this new studio! It’s a great location with plenty of parking, and the space has windows which allow in natural light. The teachers are both wonderful and caring. I look forward to my classes which always consist of a great group of instructors and fellow yogi’s! I feel energized every time!!
