Very cute studio! I took the Pilates class with Emma and enjoyed the small class size. Calm and relaxed energy throughout.

Amour yoga and Pilates is a great place. The studio is nice and clean and accessible. Everyone is nice and makes you feel comfortable which is important especially for a beginner such as myself. Lilian is a very excellent and patient teacher, And her schedule is very accommodating. I highly recommend the studio to anyone who wants to have a good experience and excellent value!
