I have been looking for a gym where I can feel comfortable and not intimidated by others. After having my baby I've been really hard on myself with my body. I joined TWT last month and I'm so happy I made the right choice. Trish and her team are the best. They immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. They worked on my form and technique throughout the workouts. They modify exercises when or if needed. The team and the other woman help push and motivate each other just like a true sisterhood . I already feel a difference with my body in just a month. This is the gym you can call your home.

I've been working out with Trish for around a month now, and I can really feel the positive changes both physically and mentally. I participate in small group training, and as a beginner, I appreciate how she demonstrates each exercise and ensures I'm doing them correctly. She's incredibly professional and kind.
