We have a membership for our 5 year old because as long as you come at least once every 2 months it pays for itself. There's not a lot here for our 20 month old to do but he usually amuses himself well enough. It's a good place to get energy out. That said, it's in need of some maintenance. There are often one or more areas off-limits (sometimes for multiple visits between several weeks), the bathroom stalls don't align and look like they're falling apart, and there are areas that are dangerous because padding needs replacement. I noticed several at the foam block pit when we were there today.

This place is extremely disappointing. Half the attractions are closed. We went here for my daughter’s birthday and bought entry for 10 kids prior to arriving. I called and asked prior if I could bring cupcakes in and if there were extra tables available for us to sit at. I told the staff we would be coming here for my daughter’s birthday. I called several times a few days in advance. The staff very clearly told me yes but I would have to pay $25 for an outside food and drink fee. I was good with this and paid for it at soon as I walked through the door to ensure everything was taken care of. We did not want any of our guest to have to worry about paying for socks or entry. I bought everything up front. Half way through our time there a manager came up to a member in my family and informed us we needed to pay a $75 fee for a table cloth we had up which was never mentioned to us. For them to clean up. Not one time was this ever mentioned when I called 3 different times in the days prior. I told them EXACTLY what I was doing. I was very embarrassed in front of my entire friends and family as this was absolutely absurd. I got there before everyone to make sure everything was taken care of. We left it cleaner than before we arrived. There was also leftover balloons under the table as they stated they “cleaned up” but this was left from the party before. That we picked up. I am truly disappointed in this place.

The first time we went there everything was great. But we tried going there again during normal business hours and the place was closed. There were no signs posted for the reason of closure. It was a great disappointment for our family day out. Management needs to fix this and keep their employees accountable.

This place is under HEAVY construction! Super limited attractions at the moment. Be aware before you head that way.

We normally really enjoy this trampoline park but today our 2 1/2yr old experienced something traumatic and scared her... She was jumping and accidentally (as I've seen many kids jump onto these and walk on them) she jumped onto the padding that is between the trampolines (the one against the wall) and the padding was NOT secure. She completely fell through between the springs and ended up underneath all the trampolines. She was screaming and scared. My husband rushed over and had to pull her up. This is absolutely unacceptable and this could have been prevented if they were secured. I really don't know if we will be back.
