This has become our favorite spot in the neighborhood during the summer. So many activities for the kids and we could just sit at the pool all day. Great place for all the family.

Very nice gym with a basketball court. Super friendly staff. Only downside is that a year ago they used to close at 10pm and now they close at 8pm, which is too early in my opinion. Overall, I do recommend!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was signed up for tennis lessons and the instructors are just young teenage boys. The class was cancelled twice due to weather. The first time they emailed us a hour before the class to cancel, the second time they did not send out an email at all. We showed up and there was no one around and an employee said it was probably cancelled. After that, I decided to be done with the class and requested a refund. It took 3 months to receive the refund. My sister and I had to call and email more times than we can count to get a hold of someone and ask for the status of the refund. After a couple of months my sister finally received her refund and I did not so I had to email the parks and rec superintendent to ask about mine. After hearing no update for a week, I had to email her again and finally after her blaming other employees multiple times, she said the check was sent out a month after my sister’s. Not to mention both checks were short money.

The people that run the parks and rec department are extremely incompetent! Took tennis lessons which got cancelled twice and I had to be the one to request a refund. Took 3 months to finally get my refund after calling and emailing several times. When the refund arrived, it was short money. Will never do lessons here again. The tennis instructors weren't any good either. There was a new instructor every week and they would just start over with the basics, so every week was the same lesson just with a new person.

Lifeguards do an excellent job of taking care of children when the parents are completely incapable. On the 26th of this month, just a few days ago, I saw a child jump off the diving board. He was very young and should not have been outside his parents vision. I have 3 children myself. He could not swim and within seconds he was in a lifeguards hands. There were 2 other lifeguards on site with equipment before they made it to the side of the pool. He was perfectly fine and his mother came along a few minutes later. Great job mom! Thank you for the excellent job you do lifesavers!

This place is awesome. I was here from out of town for a comic convention and there was plenty of parking, plenty of space, plenty of electrical outlets, the bathroom was clean and evenly spaced. Everything a growing boy needs.

The worst place for a volleyball tournament. The set up is awkward. You almost always have to walk through a game to pass through the building. To use that men’s room that is actually on the volleyball side, you have to walk through the spectators which can be very weird. There’s almost no space to hang out in between games. We usually have to go to the baseball side which causes its own conflicts. I really wish they would stop having volleyball tournaments here.

Rob Floyd and his son KJ have been super welcoming and have really worked to make my son better. We love the program, facility, and kids. Opportunities abound and leadership is top notch.

Always a good time at the dome. Food is solid. Tons of drink choices in the vending machines. Even food trucks, occasionally.

Should rename it to Bud Warehouse. Attended a volleyball tournament last weekend. Parking was poor. No heat and no concessions. Saturday we shivered the whole day. Sunday I layered my clothing and it was better. Seating at end of the court and only allowed enough room to jump serve in the middle only. People constantly walking with snow on their shoes and parents had to wipe up the water because no staff was present to do so. I hope we never have to go back to this place
