If you are on the fence about this- GO! The owner Daniel spent 2 hours with us to teach us how to have fun while being safe at the same time. He spends that individual time with every group that comes in. His passion for the sport was contagious. Absolutely loved this and we will be back again!!!

Dan was awesome. Spent two hours working with us and building our skills to continually give us a ton of fun stuff to build and progress through. Really well planned and super fun!

I had the pleasure of taking a CPR course at 305 Ninja Academy ! and it was an amazing experience! The owner and instructor, Daniel, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a former top American gymnast. Aside from CPR he also offers perfectly curated training at this gym.His passion for training, whether it’s for American Ninja Warrior or advanced gymnastics, shines through in everything he does. The way he breaks down complex movements and makes fitness both fun and challenging is unmatched. Plus, his intelligence and dedication are evident—he’s on his way to becoming a doctor! I couldn’t recommend his gym more highly for anyone looking to improve their skills or take their fitness to the next level.

It’s a gym with friendly staff and a wide variety of equipment suitable for any type of training or exercise. There are also multiple rooms for different classes, athletic training services, and plenty of equipment available to borrow. The gym features basketball courts, clean restrooms with showers, and many lockers—I’ve never had any issues with them. However, it can get crowded during typical rush hours and around noon, likely because it aligns with many students’ schedules.

The maintenance on this very crowded Gyms is the worst I have ever seen. Currently about half the machines are out of order in the machine area on the second floor and some have been broken for over a month. It would be nice if they would fix or replace the broken equipment.

Super awesome gymnasium at FIU. There are lots of gym facilities as well as yoga. I stupid and weird thing is that they always come up with new schedules... And you may find it closing 6, 9, 11 pm.
